I've shipped over 300+ packages here for my personal business, and never has one gotten lost or damaged. They are on-time and reliable. The kiosks and scale is always functional, boxes always stocked. I recommend printing your labels at home so you can skip the line and drop your parcels in the dropper. If not, they always say "thank you" when you drop off your parcel on the right side of the counter. The few times I've waited in line, the workers are always kind. When I had questions about getting my passport, the worker was thorough and detailed with the requirements and how I'd go about the process. I felt comfortable taking on such a daunting task from his guidance. I wish I remembered his name so I could provide it. :(

I wanted to give this post office some love. I use this PO the most to drop off my packages and…read moreother various tasks. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but the line moves quickly and everyone I've encountered there has been very nice. I love the PO and it's still one of the greatest institutions created. I wish people working from inside the government weren't trying to destroy it from within so they can privatize everything and make more money. So yes, services and people have been cut back and prices have gone up. It's on purpose. Yesterday, I saw one of the young women there having a really difficult time with a customer. She had called for a supervisor but the guy refused to leave her window. I didn't catch the entire interaction. Even when the supervisor came out, he still refused to leave the window and she was trying to wait on me as the next customer. The supervisor finally got him to move over and I interacted with her and told her I could tell it had not been the best day. We sort of got a laugh out of it before I left her window. She was very nice to me. Interestingly enough, I could hear the conversation between this guy and supervisor beside me. He began telling the supervisor he was just trying to get his mail held so he could pick it up and she wouldn't do it. But by the time I left, I heard him say to the supervisor, "she thinks I'm trying to get my ex-wife's mail" and I realized the lady was trying to protect another customer and it sounded like a woman who may be having problems with an ex. I don't know the whole story but if that was an accurate situation, I'm glad someone at the PO cared enough to at least check into something before doing it! Support your Post Offices!

Sometimes, the professionalism is lacking in a couple different ways; namely, the way the employees speak to each other in front of customers, and also the way they speak directly to customers at times. A little too much "back office" talk in the front office, if you catch my drift. My other qualm is that you fairly frequently have a UPS truck blocking the front entry to the store, which again, seems less-than-professional. The driver tends to be in and out of the front of the store, blocking the entry and customer waiting area. But, again, most of the time, it's quick in, quick out, good to go.

I did email them and I have NOT received a response to my email. (Yes I did check my spam mail) Another red flag. I suggest you do not give this store your business. If I could rate this UPs store a 0 stars I would. Went in around 9:30 am on Aug. 5, 2025 and asked if I could get a passport photo made. The woman at the counter, (and we were alone on the store) practically barked at me telling me they don't do passport photos at this location. Before this interaction there was another lady in the store and while she was being waited on, I looked around the store and there is a sign that said they do passport photos. I politely told them woman at the counter they should take the sign down, she said, and rudely, "it's says in small print not available at every location." I commented that she may need to work on her customer service." She responded, "you need to get out of MY store now". I would not recommend you do business with this store. I don't know if she owns this store or is the owner, but if she is not, her supervisor or owner should take a strong look who of who is representing them.
