They've gone above and beyond for me on several occasions - including helping me figure out how to nicely print some documents that I couldn't figure out at all. We spent over two hours putting everything together, and during that time he also helped every other customer who walked in -- each one treated with the same level of respect, professionalism, and kindness. He didn't just "process" my order. He collaborated with me to figure out the most efficient and organized way to complete the binders correctly.
