They often have a line in the store because they're the best and everyone goes to them! But no worries, they have a pretty efficient system and handle their customers really quickly. I came in with a last-minute, very large print job and needed six binders completed by the end of the day -- each binder consisting of roughly 400 pages. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and successful project because of him. We spent over two hours putting everything together, and during that time he also helped every other customer who walked in -- each one treated with the same level of respect, professionalism, and kindness. He didn't just "process" my order. He collaborated with me to figure out the most efficient and organized way to complete the binders correctly. Because of his attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to customer service, we got all six 400-page binders done on time. I'm thoroughly impressed. I witnessed her explain service options, assist with self-service machine operation, including, following through with close out of self-service transactions. Personally, I was having a particularly bad day, but LaToya stayed with me. She assured me, together, we would succeed. Using my iPhone, she educated me on how to upload my information for printing. THEN, she made sure I selected the exact view results I wanted printed.
