Each time, we were assured that everything was set. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. From the moment we arrived, we were met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Erin yelled at our kids and even pushed one of our young boys out of her way, which was completely unacceptable. What was even more disappointing was the response from the General Manager, Tyler. Instead of helping organize the situation or offering any support, he repeatedly told his staff, "Don't be discouraged--this is more money for us." Hearing a manager make that comment multiple times while our group was struggling was incredibly frustrating. At no point did he step in to resolve issues or show concern for the experience of the children. To make matters worse, many of our kids were refused skate mates because staff said they already had too many in use and needed to save some for other customers. This left several children without the assistance they needed, despite our group being scheduled and confirmed in advance. I am genuinely disappointed that I chose this venue for our group outing. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and dismissive attitudes from Tyler and his team turned what should have been a fun day into a stressful experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone planning a group event, especially one involving children. We expected a welcoming environment and received the exact opposite.

It was my first time at Hertz Arena and it was a great place to see a concert. The venue was small…read moreenough so there wasn't a bad seat in the house but large enough that you didn't feel crammed in there either. The sound system was great and I'd definitely come here again. The employees I interacted with were nice and the prices in the venue were pretty reasonable. $30 to park not so reasonable but I guess that's the going rate at arenas and stadiums these days and I'm just glad it wasn't more. Getting in and out of the venue was really easy. There is also an ice skating rink here which hosts the local ice hockey team, The Everblades. The rink itself was nice and the ice was well kept.

It's humble, but respectable in terms of size but that's what I love about coming here. Whether concerts or hockey games, intimate is what comes to mind. Most importantly, there's not a bad seat in the house. I've noticed that many stage setups align nicely in your sight even when seated. The seats are also set up properly so you're not obstructed by the row in front of you. Whether you're down low or up high you're going to have a good view of whatever is going on here. Any time I've had interactions with the employees it's been solid. Everyone seems to be friendly & willing to assist you if it's needed. It looks like they enjoy being there & aren't bothered to help out. Customer service goes a long way & they do a good job here. Being on the smaller side makes parking & navigating the property super easy. Everything is where you want it to be. They also aren't shy when it comes to cranking the air conditioning since they're a hockey arena. It's a nice getaway from the FL heat. All in all, if you're considering visiting Hertz for an event I highly suggest it. Their sound system is great, concessions are easy to access & everything is very close.

His private coach Mark was outstanding, the PlaySight system for drills was very engaging in the immediacy of feedback on every ball hit, and Nick Bolleteri had a visible presence and engagement with the teens. Our son has great coaches back home and we feel that there is much we can take back home to add to that instruction. It is not inexpensive, but when we consider how many hours of high quality instruction our son received, it is more than worth it.
