Solid rink , went to a skate here and enjoyed it . Everyone was polite and working diligently.

This place is great for kids, and very affordable for ice-skating and rollerskating. There is also a food court for convenience. The smell is pretty bad but you get used to it. Stayed here all day for the hockey tournament and overall was a good experience. read more

Germain needs to finish renovating! This place is terrible but our only choice for ice time! Last I checked this is supposed to be a skating rink but it seems more like a club and should be an age limit for entry if they are going to blast club music. There's a ton of music out there let's here something other than drunken sex and other bs! This place may be in the hood but you don't have to act like it! None of the workers here care! read more

Great place to go skating but with covid it is terrible. Staff is nice and helpful but not good with cleaning. No one wears masks and no employees wipe down tables after people have been sitting there. Good place if there wasn't a virus going around. But not safe to go to with covid! read more

This review is related to the youth hockey program, the Skatium Blackjacks. The parents of this program, at all levels displayed extremely poor sportsmanship at a recent tournament. If you child was part of this program, I would be embarrassed. One mother yelled 'kick his ass" at a 10 yr old game. A father was atrested for putting his hands around a lady's neck. The group as a whole was obnoxious blowing air horns in people's faces etc. Their children are excellent athletes. Hopefully thEy will not Llewelyn sportsmanship from their parents. Best place ever!!!!! My son Jacob has been here for 2 years and loves it. Almost all the staff know him. One of these reviews said that the fries take 30 minutes and they say 5. It does take 5. The staff make sure the kids are having fun and at the same time making sure the kids are following the rules. They get walkers and some of the cant get one. The food is not the best but its food. They have pretty good drinks. They dont play bad songs for children. If there was it was at 8:00. read more

Literally every time I go to this place it's closed or just not open to the public. Also, lowkey boring. It doesn't spark a joy. Needs more color and better hours. I would give this place a star but since I've never actually ice skated because it's always closed I'll be nice and give it two. Never going here :( read more

We didn't even get to skate thanks to nobody updating the website. That I can understand, but the fact that we called to confirm that there was public skating, and was informed that there indeed was, is not! I don't know who informed us wrong or who didn't post the hockey game on the website, but the fact is we drove an hour and a half with a car full of kids whose hearts we're broken when they heard the news. read more

Had an amazing time for my daughters 9th birthday party here yesterday! The party hostess, Mackenzie, was truly great at her job and although the skating part of the party was a little delayed, she did everything in her power to make up for it. All our guests had fun and we will definitely go back to do it again! read more

do not come here !!! the food is awful. the fries take at least 30 minutes but they tell you 5. we pulled out hair from our fries and we found a roach in our drink . the girl in charge of food was around 12 and she had no hair net no gloves or anything . she went straight from washing dishes to touching peoples fries without washing her hands . she also scooped up the fries against her sweatshirt and dropped the fry scooper on the floor and put it right back in . this place is crazy unorganized . wont be returning . read more

Worst place I've ever stepped foot in. The rental skates aren't sharpened and I slipped while turning only to run into a little kid. There were even workers skating with infants in arms. Never again will I waste my time and money to this horrid place. read more
