The shop is immaculately clean, bright & welcoming, products are of exceptional quality, and the staff is kind, attentive, informative, patient, & professional. Matt was our piercer, assisted by Kaylee, and he was fantastic. He treated our young daughter with care and kindness, asking permission for each step, ensuring she was comfortable, explaining every part of the process, allowing her to ask questions, and putting her very much at ease. I was very impressed with Tiffany's dedication to the safety of her clients; she answered all my questions and put both me and my daughter at ease. They have an amazing selection of custom jewelry to choose from. My daughter got three piercings that day, and a year later Tiffany helped her with a botched piercing from a shady shop near my daughter's college. After all that, I finally had the courage to get my ears re-pierced (I had a nightmarish experience decades ago that caused my ears to get infected over and over). Matt inspected my old piercings and said I wouldn't need new ones; the old holes could be stretched. They use medical grade posts, cut to fit each client's ears. Matt actually recut all my posts after the initial piercing, as he was concerned that they seemed too tight. I also took his advice about size and color of the opals I selected. Later on, I can choose other stones to put on my posts. The process was pretty much pain free, and I have had no redness, swelling, or drainage, which I experienced all the time when my ears were pierced all those years ago. I will continue to recommend DV8 to EVERYONE I know.

Tyler, at Be Kind Body Piercing sterilized the jewelry in front of us and pulled the needle out of the sterile packaging in front of us. The quality was amazing. Fast forward, my daughter had to have testing done and wasn't able to leave her piercing in. There wasn't an appointment available, so we joined the "waitlist." Within fifteen minutes, we received a text to come on in. Tyler removed her metal jewelry and replaced it with a temporary glass piece. Once her testing was done, we went back the next day for a new piece of jewelry. He put it in and she was "good as new." Tyler, the owner is very kind and makes his customers feel welcomed. The tattoo shop "Well Wishes," where this business is housed, let's off the same vibe. Easy going and welcoming.
