The rug was in good condition but could use a refresher (since its gray and I felt had picked up some dirt). After arriving more than an hour late, his guy came in and "cleaned" my rug with a large and to be honest, bad smelling contraption. It appeared when he was finished that the rug looked a bit brighter than before, but the next day, after it had dried there were more than a dozen BROWN WATER MARKS all over my rug AND a MILDEW smell permeating throughout my apartment. I was leaving on vacation in 4 days and called John frantically for an explanation and so he could fix this problem and he said there were no appointments in the time before I was leaving and to call back when I returned so he could come personally and take care of the problem. Well....I gave John 10 chances to redeem himself (that's how many time I've called him over the past week so make a follow up appointment) but he has not answered the phone a single time or returned my call after 2 messages. This was the biggest waste of money I've ever spent! My rug now looks horrible (I've included pictures of the stains that are all over the rug). Then, last minute cancellation cz the cleaner was sick he said. Then he said 9am the next day. I confirmed. I did not check my email (although I did leave my phone #) but Yan said if its possible to resked again to 10:30am instead of 9am. I replied only late at night. I had no computer access. I called in the morning at 8am, 9am , 10am on that day. I emailed, tweeted -- no reply. Is the cleaner in my house? What is my schedule? Will the cleaner ever show up? Over the course of the following week we left over 5 voicemails asking for an explanation and a reschedule, and finally Yan returned a call. He explained that there was a system failure, and he was happy to reschedule for a free cleaning service. Great, so we reschedule and confirmed the Saturday appointment (today) on Wednesday. Fool me once shame on you; fool me twice shame on me. The cleaner is now nearly AN HOUR LATE, and no one has answered my phone calls. I've sent text messages to Yan's cell, called the business line and left voicemails, still nothing. Words cannot truly express my frustration as we scheduled this cleaning in hopes of having a nice and tidy apt for a party we're hosting this weekend. They offered to help fix the issue, but not in a timeline that was convenient for work purposes and stated that "they did the job asked".
