The CrazyClean Team (Maria & Lisa) showed up at the appointed time, we confirmed details of their Work Order and they jumped into action. The team worked fast and meticulously. We called them numerous times and they assured us that they were just coming. My mom missed her whole day at work just waiting for these cleaners to show up. They worked until 9pm when we have to be up at 4am for work so this was way too late for us. When we complained about the lack of communication they wanted us to be grateful to them instead of apologizing for the mistake that they made then lying to us that they gave us the option to reschedule since we put down $163 to book the cleaning service. How could we reschedule when they were assuring us that they were just 5 mins away. These people are scammers and crooks and they didn't even do a great job cleaning. See below photos of the floors still dirty. We spent $1000 for an ok job and horrendous customer service. When we put down the deposit they did not inform us that it would be $150 plus tax. So we were surprised to see the $163 on our card. They do not know how to do business and will waste your time. They also dumped the dirty water into our lawn and we spend so much money and time on landscaping. They just dumped the vacuum dust outside our front door. They were supposed to bring all of their own supplies and they used ours without our permission, even using our vacuum that we didn't say they could use. They just tell lies left and right. I was moving from out of state and I also travel for work so getting my apartment cleaned and not being there to see how it was going had me a bit nervous but Mimi and her partner eased all of my concerns. The communication and professionalism were amazing, they were on time and thorough and sent me pictures of their progress. They cleaned my walls, all of the windows in my apartment and made my bathroom look brand new in addition to the general cleaning. Before I moved in I had some cosmetic changes made by my father and he could not stop raving about how amazing and clean the apartment looked after Azymi did their magic; I was a bit jealous I didn't get to see it first lol. After…read moreshe saw my 1 star review, she realized that we had had a miscommunication about the baseboard and she reached out to me directly to try to make amends. She offered to do a deep cleaning of my apartment and she even made an exception to come out to Queens to do it, even though she doesn't usually service Queens. The apartment was in very bad shape and she made it look fantastic. The tub was completely black with mold and it now looks brand new. She is so meticulous and on top of everything! I feel like she and her team really went above and beyond - they cleaned the AC unit, the windows, places where I did not expect her to clean, and she organized all of our clutter (but not in a bad way - I can still find everything!) And she's super communicative. For several days prior to the cleaning, she kept in touch with me to make sure that everything was ready for the cleaning (e.g., cleaning supplies and clearing clogged drains). During the cleaning itself she made sure to text me with any questions she had. She even put up with a little snafu we had when she arrived and the doorman had apparently lost the key to the apartment. She was very patient and understanding and she was so communicative the whole time! I'm really impressed with Sandy and her team. Worst service ever. I cannot stress enough that the service provided was horrible…read more 1. Cleaners were supposed to arrive at 8am. I get a call at 7:30 stating the cleaner called in sick. The woman said she would be 30 minutes later. The cleaner arrived at 8:46. Not acceptable for a first time cleaning. 2. I was told 2 cleaners would be coming. When I asked where the second cleaner was I was informed she was on the train on her way over. Well the second cleaner never showed up. 3. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning. As you can see by the photos this was far from a deep cleaning. I have no idea what the 1 cleaner was doing for 3 hours. The backsplash in the kitchen was still dirty and mirrors weren't clean. Even found a piece of hair in the freezer compartment. When I asked the owner who was one of the cleaners, her disrespectful response is attached. Would not recommend. Too much chatting, too little cleaning, discovery of broken items after for deep cleaning charge of $150. Gave tip as force of habit but definitely not deserving.
