Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. So everything is literally covered by layers of dust, cigarette tar, saw dust. I probably did not stress the level of messiness clearly, and they were surprised by the amount of work needed. But even so, they managed to bring in more people and held up their guarantee to complete the work same day. The house is 10 times better after the cleaning. The clean was so detailed everything is sparkling and even old unfinished wood is much cleaner (which I didn't think you can effectively clean).
