The lady manager has no customer service skills. Very cold and dismissive. Refused to refund on a defective iPhone case. She told me not even a Verizon corporate store or Verizon 800 # customer service would tell me anything different. But after I left the store I called Verizon customer service, they gave me a $52 refund credit within 2 minutes. There are many one star reviews buried. Also saying terrible customer service. read more

If you are looking for an excellent experience with cell phones and plans...you won't find it here. I went to the store because I had dropped my phone into water and needed help recovering contacts and photos. Ronnie "helped" me. I explained what happened and what I needed. He spent the next five minutes telling me all the things he COULDN'T do for me. He checked with another associate and THAT person was incredibly sarcastic and also told me he couldn't help me. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I will never patronize this store again. I gathered my phones and went to the Verizon corporate store in Vancouver. The manager of that store not only helped me, but fixed my problem in a very short time. She was courteous and professional; qualities I did not find with the employees at Cellular Plus. I am going to Verizon corporate store tomorrow to buy a new phone. read more

Worst Verizon Experience I've Ever Had. I work in IT for a construction company. The project managers heavily rely on their cell phones. When one is broken, we need it replaced ASAP. In the past I have been able to authorize myself via email or phone. This store manager insisted that she could not help us. Customer service is my job so I understand when policy prevents you from helping, this was not the case. Our conversation was short as she was not willing to help us out. Customer service is slow. Not very helpful with questions. Had them order a gizmo gadget for me because it wouldn't allow me online. They said they would call me when it arrived. According to the shipping it arrived Thursday morning to their store. They didn't call me until Friday afternoon. Will try and avoid this location if possible. read more

Came in for a broken phone and the employee provided no help other than call an 800 number. Instead he wanted to compare my owning a phone to a dishwasher you buy at Sears and that Verizon stores aren't responsible for replacement. If this is how Verizon represents itself through these stores, I'll be changing my carrier. read more

I like the way this store has places to sit. The location had good parking and they sell good accessories. I would recommend this store over the other one for sure. The staff is sometimes a little unprofessional, and they also smoke in front of the building which isn't cool. read more

When I had to buy a new phone they added a protection program onto my bill without asking me and I did not notice it until I got my first bill. Also acted like I got a protective screen for my phone for free and actually put it on my phone himself and I was like oh that's cool it comes with the phone and then at the end of the sale wanted to charge me $30 for it. I said no and that I thought it came with the new phone and he said well we are giving you a discount and I still said no and had them take it off. Also he tried really hard to sell me other accessories when I told him I only wanted the phone. read more

Went into store the other day to try to buy a new charger for an i phone 5. There was one gentleman working there..(28 from Woodland, i learned from listening to very long discussion) there were myself and 2 other people waiting for help. The person working was helping a client, however he appeared to be waiting for her cell phone to charge, didn't look up once or tell anyone he would be right with them... but instead chatted with lady and her family for a good 3O minutes... I finally left! Now i know why businesses don't make it Woodland.. need to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! read more

I saw them at a festival, and was told about the great discounts and deals they had, and how I could save $ by switching my wireless over to them. So I went home, printed up my last couple of bills from Xfinity, so I can compare. I was quoted $35 per line for the unlimited starter pack. Sounded great. But I did have to get a new device for one of the lines. Hey, no problem. They had a decent LG phone that would only be a $1 a month. So I took the bait. I got the first bill and it seemed high, but because of prorated billing period. I let that one slide and waited for my true second bill. Well I got by 2nd bill. And boy was I in for a shock. Here is the list of lies/issues. I was told $35 per month per line. Well because I had 2 lines instead of 4, I was being charged $80 per line. Now in the store I was told $35 per line period. I was NOT told I had to have 4 lines. Insurance. Well they slammed me with a $40 a month for 4 devices. I don't know why, when I only have 2 lines. Talking to the Loyalty department, they change it to $8.99 per line. I was also told I was already saving $10 per line per month, because of automatic payments, but was being charged $10 per line per month for not having paperless billing. I assumed that I was still getting paperless billing already. Now mind you to get the $35 per month per line you must have the following. 4 lines Automatic payments Paperless billing. Otherwise you're paying $10 more per device, per month for each of the last 2 Qualifiers. Next I was noticing that quite often my internet was super slow. They told me that since I was on the starter pack, That my my speed was throttled whenever the Network was busy. Guess where I live that is most of the time. Still after everything was said and done, I was still paying $60 to $70 a month for less than what I was getting with Xfinity. So I said screw it. Yesterday I went to the Xfinity store and tried to move everything back. Well I knew I was going to take a hit on the device I got from AT&T. Sure enough that was a $170 that I had to payoff. Than when I tried to unlock that phone, since I now OWN it outright. I'm being told that I can't unlock it until after it has been on an active line for 60 Days. I asked the loyalty department, you mean even though it is paid in full, unless it is assign to AT&T service, it is nothing more than a paperweight and useless to me, she said that is true. Next, when I started service with them, they had no problem prorating my first month. But when you cancel service, they do not. It doesn't matter if your on the first day or the last day of the billing period, you are paying for the entire month In my option I was Robbed!!! People, if you're ever considering AT&T, I advised against it. This lesson cost me hundreds of Dollars. I will never do business with a bunch of Crooks again. For your info, with Xfinity It is as follows. Unlimited everything 1 line $45 a month 2 lines $80 a month 3 lines $100 a month 4 lines $120 a month. No throttle becaus of busy network, only if you go over 20gig per line (which I never will). Superior coverage (Xfinity uses Verizon towers)

Also, for those who are concerned about it, the folks at Kind Technologies are taking COVID-19 safety precautions very seriously. They don't allow walk-ins and require you to schedule your in-person visits ahead of time so only one customer is in the shop at the same time. They're also strict about mask-wearing and social distancing. I'll be sure to return to Kind Technologies for my computer issues in the future.

There are a couple of times a year, when we want strawberries for canning, or a tree for Christmasing, when no place else will do. I wouldn't be at all surprised if there are many other Portlanders that have their own times of year when they simply have to come here.

Today I visited Cellular Plus in Woodland, WA for the third time and although I purchased my Verizon service else where (my contract doesn't expire till Dec 2014) the store manager, Brandon Milliken, was kind enough to help my daughter and I with a phone issue. He was very courteous and knew what to do immediately and at no charge. He didn't attempt to just sell us something as a solution but instead listened to our problem and immediately contacted Verizon for us. After solving our problem he did point out to us some alternative ways that we could end our contract and purchase a new Galaxy 5. I wasn't ready to make that move just yet so Brandon thank us for coming in and asked us to please consider him when it was time for a new phone. As I said I have spoken with Brandon on three occasions and though the store was very busy at times he always took care of me as quickly and professionally as possible. I went to this store for a phone upgrade. I said I dont want to spend more than $20/mo. The store manager, Cassy, talked me in to a new flagship phone and smart watch, saying there was a promotion going on and by starting a new line for the watch, I would get the watch and the phone for only $21/mo. However, after 4 months, I'm still paying more than twice that, and now the manager now tells me there's nothing she can do. I feel like I was scammed in to starting a new line and spending a lot more more money than I had originally wanted. The staff here are wonderful and go the extra mile to help you set your devices up and learn them. This is the reason I don't go to costco or best buy where the employees just clerk you out.
