I was blessed today beyond words! Alex Warren came to look at my roof due to the fact that water was leaking from the ceiling into my guest bedroom. Long story short..... I needed to call an HVAC company. He went up into my attic and took several pictures of my issues. He explained his findings in detail and forwarded the pictures to my phone. While he was there he also performed an inspection of my entire roof. Thankfully it was in good shape except for around my chimney which he sealed for me. I was prepared to write him a check for the service call. I have never had a company or individual as kind, professional and helpful as Fat Matt's Roofing. He did not charge me anything. After calling several other companies with no response I contacted Fat Matt Roofing. Max called me back immediately. He came to my house when the insurance inspector came out and made sure all was covered. It only took them 1 1/2 days to complete the roof and about 2 weeks and 2 storms later Max came back out and inspected the roof again and made sure all the nails were picked up. There was extra work that had to be done and they completed it and helped me file the insurance paperwork for payment. 6/1/2021 A representative from Fat Matts Roofing came out the same day I called for an estimate to repair a leaking roof after I discovered inside ceiling damage. He assessed the roof and caulked around the chimney to keep the rain from seeping into the gaps. I am appreciative for Fat Matts promptness because we are still expecting more rain. Even though I was not home, Vernon took pics, called me with information, and took time to explain step by step what he found and repaired.
