Ordered online for take out, got a text that my order was ready, walked in and the girl said it wasn't ready. I stood around for a couple minutes, no one brought any other food out to the take out table and low and behold my food was 'ready'. I checked the bag, missing half of my order... waited another couple minutes while they got my order fixed... she gave me my bag and said have a great night. I Asked about the drinks and she tossed 4 cups at me and said "just take them". I thought whatever and went to get my drinks. No lids out, so I kindly asked another employee if he could get some lids and a drink carrier. He put lids out and walked away and I stood there waiting for the drink carrier as he went on about his business helping the cashier. I grabbed all my stuff and walked out. After all of that the food was TERRIBLE!!! My wife ordered the fat bronco sandwich(pictured below) and as you can see it came out as just a marinara glob... it had ZERO flavor. I ordered a burger. It came out decently put together, looked amazing, but again no flavor. Both the sandwich and the burger were soggy as if they had been made underwater. I assume because they just sat there for so long after being made... kids split some chicken fingers and fries... those were decent. Fried Oreos, not gonna lie, they were awesome. Let me not forget that the prices are outrageous! Had I not spent $55 and some change on my order it would've gone straight in the trash... This place is amazing. They're always open after work and the staff is probably the most friendly you'll get from any fast food place. They keep the place pretty clean and stocked full. I haven't heard "We're out of [blank]" since the new owner took over. They're really helpful and transparent and are great to talk to. I love eating here. read more

I ordered a Fat Stimpy and fried pickles for delivery. This sandwich says it has jalapeño poppers and onion rings in it which it may have had one or two of, but any flavor notes they may have added were completely buried. What you taste in this sandwich is french fries and honey mustard. You could eliminate every other ingredient and you wouldn't notice. The fries themselves are ok, though they are sogged by the mustard so they dont have any real texture. I would suspect that getting it fresh at the restaurant instead of delivery might help with some of the mustard saturation, but in general the overabundance of potato starch makes the other elements pointless. The pickles weren't bad though- I'm betting all the components are fine on their own, which means if you have a craving for a sandwich and jalapeño poppers, you should order them separately. read more

We were excited to try 'FAT SHACK'. The place was about 2/3's full. I placed our order for 2 of their flagship 'Fat Shack' sandwiches ( sauces on the side please) and 2 fountain drinks for $40. Rating 2 stars only because the food is delicious, but last night was my first time trying this place and I'm never going back. Excited with all the buzz. I have to say honestly I didn't care for it. We did only get burgers and sides but I've heard great things of the sandwiches, we just didn't try them. I wasn't sure how big the double patty was so I took a picture for reference in my hand. It's quite small ($8.75) and you need a double to be a normal size burger. The side of fries for $3.49 was a good sized portion. They were Ok. Not great but good however the side of onion rings is ridiculous! I didn't even get a picture because there were literally 5 onion rings FOR $4.75!!!! I'm mean almost $1 a ring,I almost died when I saw them. Overall the meal was Ok, I won't try it again. It was $30 for 2 adults with 2 burgers fries and onion rings. Also the burgers have an odd seasoning I didn't like. It's not the burger sauce because I had it removed from my burger and it was an odd flavor. My husband had it on his and said they definitely tasted different. Again aside from portions sizes the tastes is all personal choice. I just know I was very curious of the sizing and value so I wanted to share. If you went and loved it that's great. I went to this restaurant ready to endure long lines. Not only did I have my food in about 10 minutes but I also had an amazing customer service experience. Mookie took care of us by playing great music, talking to us about the food and the start of the restaurant, and just being a light in the midst of an unusual time. 10/10.
