I rarely ever leave a negative review. I don't know if I have ever left a negative one before. I had to on this one because of the absolute disgusting bathroom in this restaurant. My wife came out after I had already ordered and told me that there was no soap or paper towels and the bathroom was gross. Since we already paid at the counter we went ahead and got seated, and I was praying that the employees had a different bathroom and the kitchen was clean. I went to the men's room and it was no better. The urinal was taped up with plastic and the toilet was soiled. There was a plunger lying on the floor covered in dried up paper towels that were previously wet. A similar substance was around it on the dirty floor. The food was ok, a cheesesteak with a bunch of stuff in it, but I was just thinking maybe we should've just left or asked for a refund. After a few hours had passed I thanked God that I wasn't suffering from any symptoms. I do not recommend this establishment. read more

Fat Shack Review - 8/10 I stopped by Fat Shack and here's how it went: Wings: I asked for them double-cooked and they came out perfectly crispy--not to mention, a really good size! Definitely not those skimpy wings you sometimes get. I tried a buffalo sauce I wasn't familiar with, but it wasn't bad at all. Solid 9/10. Fries: Also double-cooked, which gave them a great crunch. I love salty fries, but this batch was a little too salty--though nothing a quick napkin wipe couldn't fix. Still tasty. 8.5/10. Fried Oreos: They were warm and sweet, but tasted just a bit undercooked for my liking. If you like your fried treats a little gooey inside, you might love them! For me, it was a 6/10. Very helpful and friendly staff. The food is what you would expect for a greasy food joint, but they do it right. We've tried their fat sandwiches and while they are overwhelming and tasty, we went simple this trip and stuck with a burger and a Philly with an order of mozzarella sticks. The burger was good sized and juicy with all the fixings. The Philly was good, but I did think it needed a little more cheese. However I will just order extra cheese next time. The cheese sticks were good but a little pricey for the size of the cheese sticks. Best burger in Clarksville, periodT. I am not even mad I waited in line for an hour and half for it either!! Their team is handling opening weekend like seasoned pros and the socially distanced second day of full service was impressive! Friendly, clean, nicely decorated, and great interaction with customers waiting in line. Kudos!!! Now, back to this burger :) It was FRESH, perfectly grilled, flavorful, and lovely presentation (there is nothing worse than a burger or sandwich that is just slapped together and falling apart before you can even touch it). One time for the Fat Shack chefs!!! And that burger sauce?? Fire. Special sauce, who? Hahahaha. We got the meal with fries and a shake. They didn't have Oreo shakes because of vendor snafus, but the plain vanilla shake hit the spot! I may just get vanilla the next time just because it was so good - almost like perfectly melted soft serve ice cream :) Fries were good too - perfectly crisp, seasoned, and no obnoxious grease. I couldn't decide on just one thing, so I also got the Philly Cheesesteak, but honestly couldn't take one full bite after I devoured the burger and fries, haha. The little piece of meat and cheese that was falling out tasted great though ;). I'll come back and update once I recover or get a second wind ;) For dessert we got deep fried Oreos and funnel cake bites. The DFO's tasted just like the heaven I remembered at the Houston rodeo years ago. Listen, I will have to be on somebody's treadmill to prevent clogging all my arteries after these, but they are absolutely worth it!! So, my boyfriend and I came here after a long night of dancing and grooving at a concert. I was hankering for a milkshake, and he, being the boneless wing connoisseur he is, simply could not resist! We were warned that it would take 15 minutes to make the food fresh. However, I find it hard to believe that it was truly fresh. Also, for the price of these goods the quality was a bit shocking! It came out quite soggy and the fries were so salty we could not finish them entirely. We for real woke up craving water and hydration it was crazy y'all. It wasn't the worst chicken I'd ever had but it certainly was not very good! The final chicken piece tasted purely of what I think the microcooked air on a poultry farm would taste like. Also, warning- the food will make you fart all of the morn! The milkshakes on the other hand were quite good but also overpriced in my opinion. Pretty decent burger I got the classic double patty. I think it is with fries 20 bucks and bacon added but it was tasty patties were thin a little dry for sure not worth 20 bucks. The service was good. They actually bring the burger to you. you have to clean up after yourself. Finally got out here after all of the hype for some lunch. The gentleman behind the counter taking our order was pretty knowledgeable on the menu and very friendly. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with a side of fires and we added some fried pickles to start off. Pickles came out pretty quickly and were pretty good. The outside was crunchy and the pickle inside was still pretty crisp...overall, it was a tasty fried pickles spear. My Philly came out shortly afterwards...piping hot from the kitchen! It was a good sammich, not near an authentic Philly, but not many are. I felt the meat could have been seasoned a bit better though, I get it though, it's a franchise and they gotta stick with what they order. I liked the fries...they were super crispy and seemed to be as fresh as they could be without being fresh cut fries. The atmosphere of the place is pretty simple, nothing spectacular. The wall of fame is pretty cool though, but I wonder why they left THE Ashley Glotta (2017 OVC Volleyball Player of the Year) off of the wall...makes no sense to me. I'll start with this was a highly anticipated place I have been craving since I heard they were opening up in April. I ordered over $50 worth of food because .. well imma foodie! lol The Burger: delicious! Cooked with fresh meat and had a lot of flavor. The patties were perfect in size and the buns are brioche.. can't really complain about that it was amazing. All the produce was very fresh I wish I had of gotten the double or triple. The burger also comes with a special sauce The Doobie: a little salty but it was still really good, all of the fried foods they put together to make this combo works. It really is fattening but well worth the visit and wait in line. The food comes out relatively fast though. The tommy: another combination that went really well together bursting with flavors. Also they have more sauces on the menu so you can add an replace whatever is on the sandwich you do not want. The fried Oreos and fried twinkies were my favorite! I have always wanted to try these at a local fair but never got the opportunity to, they are really good and worth the calories you are going to get lol. The flavor profile was really good and honestly I never really eat sweets but these were a must try. We've been meaning to try this place for a while so we stopped in for lunch today. I went back and forth between 3 and 4 stars but I chose 3 because of the pricing of everything, how long it took to get our food, and the quality of it. What I liked is that the girl working the front is super sweet, and the place is clean and quiet. I'll start with the pricing... IMO it's way over priced, just for example we got an order of cheese sticks (8) and they were like $7 and some change.. for $5 and some change I can get the same amount from sonic. It took us overall about 30 minutes to get our main food, when there was only one other couple in there besides us when we ordered. And what we ordered wasn't complicated.. we had a fat slob with fries, 6 traditional wings with fries and 2 drinks that you make yourself. We went back and placed another order halfway through eating for the cheese sticks and some deep fried Oreos and they had a few orders by then but it still took another 20 min to get those. The quality of the food is... ‍ the wings we ordered were supposed to be their lemon pepper dry rub. The wings were cooked plain first and then the lemon pepper was dumped on top like you would salt or pepper. Idk if you've ever had lemon pepper but it is STRONG so they were barely edible honestly. Idk if that was a mistake in the kitchen and they tried to halfway fix it or what. My husbands fat slob, he said was good but it looked horrible. The meat on it look like it came out of a can or something, and the sauce was all over the sandwich and the paper it was wrapped in, it didn't look appealing at all. Ordered online for take out, got a text that my order was ready, walked in and the girl said it wasn't ready. I stood around for a couple minutes, no one brought any other food out to the take out table and low and behold my food was 'ready'. He put lids out and walked away and I stood there waiting for the drink carrier as he went on about his business helping the cashier. I grabbed all my stuff and walked out. After all of that the food was TERRIBLE!!! My wife ordered the fat bronco sandwich(pictured below) and as you can see it came out as just a marinara glob... it had ZERO flavor. I ordered a burger. It came out decently put together, looked amazing, but again no flavor. Both the sandwich and the burger were soggy as if they had been made underwater. I assume because they just sat there for so long after being made... kids split some chicken fingers and fries... those were decent. Fried Oreos, not gonna lie, they were awesome. Let me not forget that the prices are outrageous! Had I not spent $55 and some change on my order it would've gone straight in the trash... I will gladly take my money elsewhere to get 'fat' food in the future as this place was surely NOT worth it. read more
