I was going to have an outside vendor install porcelain slabs for the shower walls. Jaime was happy to make that work -- his proposal was clear about what he was doing and made me comfortable that we were on the same page. His price was very fair (I had received some other quotes that were crazy high and a couple others in the same price range). He did the demolition, some framing (blocking for grab bars and towel bars), and all of the tile (floor, wall, and shower niche). He was able to work with my schedule since I was doing my parts of the project on nights and weekends. From the moment he arrived at the house, he laid down floor protector from the front door to the bathroom and got to work making sure any question about approach was talked about with me. We made a few minor changes along the way (changed the height of the accent strip of tile) and the final product was excellent! The walls weren't straight and Jaime was able to make it appear perfect. They were on the job around 8:30 every day and some nights were still there after 6pm. Every night when they left, they vacuumed and left the house in as good of condition as when they arrived. I am so pleased and would highly recommend Hebron Tile to anyone!

If you are looking to * possibly * save a couple hundred bucks on a job that will cost thousands, then look elsewhere. If you are looking for a master class on tiling - which will be done right the first time and you won't have to worry about it having issues and costing thousands more in the near future - then look no further. At no point were there any surprises - from the estimate to the final payment. On the front porch project (heated tiling), the owner initially rejected doing the job because the subfloor was sub-par and not sturdy, and the front door needed to be raised. Meanwhile 2 competitors were ready to take the job no questions asked, at basically the same price! The company's attention to detail impressed me most - from the owner to the installers to the showroom staff. Tiling and design work are all about detail. All of that comes together in the end - and it's the final product (the look, the feel, the confidence) that counts. I enjoyed working with MT and recommend them to family and friends.

I only had a limited amount of time so I wanted to be sure they had it and called the store. I was put through to a clerk named Anthony. Anthony told me they did carry it and had it in stock. Since he answered without even checking stock, I was skeptical and asked him if "he was sure they had some". Anthony again told me they did have it in stock. I drove 35 minutes, I didn't have to spare, to their store. The first clerk didn't know what I was talking about. When I mentioned I confirmed with Anthony they had it in stock, he sent me to the back of the store to Anthony. As you can guess by now, they didn't have any. What's more, it didn't appear they never even carried it as there was no place where it had been . I was so angry. It was too late to get anywhere else thanks to their laziness and lack of customer service. I called the store a couple of days later and asked to speak to the owner but was told he isn't here. The clerk I spoke to implied, the owner is never there. I left my phone number and asked to have him call me. That was over a week ago...the apple doesn't fall from the tree, I guess. While overall, I have had positive experiences with Ace Hardware stores in the past, I won't be going back or recommending this one to anyone.

DT Tile did various home renovations projects for us, and their expertise and keen eye goes beyond tiling. Their professionalism, energy, and willingness to finish a project, despite even the harsh extremes of winter when they were also working outside, never stopped them in completing the work by the expected completion date. Dave quickly responded to my initial call. DT Tile has been there for us as they said they would all along the way.....something I've learned never to take for granted when calling a contractor. The dining room was done in one day the kitchen the next. Not only were we thrilled with the results, but Bryan was so courteous. He cleaned up after himself, he put up plastic to contain the dust, and seemed to really care about how my home looked after he left. I would not hesitate to use Rt. 85 flooring in the future and of course request that Bryan do the installation if possible.
