Before the event they sent over an entire book of songs to choose from, and I picked a few I liked and left the rest up to them based on my direction. It was perfect. Their versatility and ability to read the room really stood out. Noam was fantastic to work with leading up to the event. Everything was seamless, professional, and handled with care. Called multiple weeks ago to make a piercing appointment, gal on the phone was super nice but also…read moreseemed rushed. Show up today for the appointment, 10-15 minutes early. Another nice woman tattooing said that the piercer hadn't arrived yet, but since we had an appointment she should be here soon.. appointment time comes and goes. Tattoo artist says piercer isn't answering her phone.. we waited almost half an hour over the appointment time and just ended up leaving. Thankful I hadn't paid yet, but upset that time was wasted. Unfortunately this is not the first time that this has happened (happened once before to me and once to a friend), unsure if it's the same piercer or what. Glad everyone was nice, shop was clean.. but just disappointed.
