I even left work to get there during Yappy Hour. The second time I had an appointment for 1 of my dogs and was going to bring the other back when they were finished just to get her nails trimmed. I was told they wouldn't be able to get her in because they were booked... It states you provide WALK-IN services on the sign I just passed! Today the third attempt since they told me to try back during the week and today was Tuesday, I go in at 5:20pm and was meant by Andrienna who was quite rude and unforgiving. She made it clear that I had to make an appointment regardless of what your store sign states, and that they had already closed everything down and were leaving... EXTREMLY unprofessional and definitely not a customer service centered business. Again, no empathy, no apology, just attitude like I was disgusting her. DO BETTER PETSMART!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be reposting this to as many places as I can. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I headed to the back and an employee showed me around as a first timer. They have absolutely everything you need to give your pooch a proper bath including waist high sinks with powerful sprayers, shampoo, scrubbers, towels, and even rubber aprons so you don't get wet. I was in and out in 20 minutes and for $15, my little Mollie was squeaky clean. They have plenty of food, toys, and other pet accessories for sale and I ended up picking up a new brush as well. They're located on Coleman in the plaza at Houston Northcutt which is super convenient as it's right around the corner from me. I'll be back for sure.

We happily paid for it, though she had to wait until our next stop to enjoy it. I love places like this where Luna can pick out what she likes. The shop has everything from treats and food to toys, leashes, collars, and more. Once we left and she finally got her chew, she was in heaven-she enjoyed every second of it. It even took her a solid 15 minutes to finish, which says a lot for a dog who usually devours treats in seconds!
