When I first got there, one girl asked me if I needed help and I told her my dilemma. She recommended two brands that she said have good products. She recommended a pricier brand and one that is a bit cheaper which was really nice. She always reminded me that if it doesn't work, I can return anything within 30 days, even if it's been used. When I went to checkout, the cashier was also super kind. Throughout my time there, many different people asked if I needed anything which I really appreciated. Yesterday, I was looking for a three-wick fall candle. I tend to like sweeter scents like vanilla and caramel so I wanted something on that end of the scent spectrum. I ended up finding the perfect candle and the scent is cinnamon sugar coffee cake. I do want to get another candle that is more pumpkin so I will be back. Also, the staff is always attentive, friendly, and welcoming. They are helpful if you have any questions or need recommendations. I highly recommend this location!

Overall, I had a great experience at this Sephora and although they are in Kohls, they still have a big selection and carry just about everything a stand-alone location would.

Every time I wait 30 min or more even though I have a scheduled appointment. They do not seem to care how much a client is inconvenienced. My daughter and granddaughters have all come here for different services. They were good at one time. The service and timeliness of appointments are not respected. Not a place I would recommend. Also the last time my granddaughter got a pedicure she got a toe infection. Sadly the place has gone downhill.

He then called one child (11) disgusting on three occasions for coughing (with their mouth covered) as a result of a chronic, asthmatic cough. Per police, this isn't the first complaint against this employee. A week later and the employee is still working there. Absolutely appalling from a company that references acting with integrity multiple times on their code of ethics for employees.
