I feel like I finally found it! Originally, I just needed to find someone who could cut hair and be consistent. That turned out to be Rachel. I tried two other salons and a barbershop--three cuts at each place (nine cuts) and all nine cuts were wonky. Rachel fixed what the barbershop guy hacked up. Now, through about five cuts with her, she's given me a youthful style that has looked good every time! It's more than just a haircut that keeps me coming back. I wanted to get my wife something nice for her birthday, so I got her the 'Deep Release' pedicure and bought a visit for me, too, so we could do it as a couple. We got Hanna and Amanda and they were great--so friendly and fun! The sugar scrub, foot mask, massage and even polishing (yes, I did--why not?) were relaxing and enjoyable. Oh, and the wine they served us was also quite delicious! That was in fall and my wife wanted to come back, so we were able to sneak in another pedicure just before the holidays. After another enjoyable visit, we knew pedicure season would be ending, so we booked facials with Hanna and Amanda--neither of us had ever had a facial. Now we have enjoyed two really great facial visits that were great ways to find relaxation at the end of stressful work days. I really feel like we found a consistently good salon staffed by skilled professionals who are also warm and welcoming people.

This was after the stylist had two tries, used toner and "let the purple shampoo sit" in my hair for some time. I wish I would have known how bad it looked in the back and with natural lighting before leaving. Management has still not contacted me after I called the store and left my information. Update!!! After getting in contact with the salon manager/owner, she refused to give me a full refund but offered to fix my hair herself. I did get $60 back, and agreed to come in for a 3rd attempt. This experience was MUCH better. The owner, Amanda, was able to take out the brassy tone and blend the colors so it's no longer blunt. While it's not exactly the color as I wanted, it is SO much better and I feel like I got my money's worth. Also another stylist, Brandon, was super nice and styled my hair perfectly, making sure to inform me on the products he used in my hair. I'm glad I gave this place another chance, and was able to walk out happy with my hair.

Stacy has been doing my hair for years and it's as if she takes what I want to do right out of my head. She'll take time to talk me through her plan and my options. Every step from highlights to wash to styling is comfortable. She'll make an extra effort to ask her clients if they see anything they want to change, or if explain how to recreate a look, or walk through the products needed. They also have refreshments and one time one of the employees added me to their breakfast order because they were ordering it to be delivered soon. It really feels like a tight-knit salon where everybody cares about each other. I also recently had my acrylic nails soaked off from a bad experience at a different salon, and Tera hooked me up and was able to salvage my nails. She has done my nails several times since then with gel x tips and I've loved every set. I love coming to CVRK!

Before getting sprayed she made me aware that all of her products are organic, vegan friendly and cruelty free! This made me quite happy! The session was very quick, about 15 minutes. After I was sprayed I asked for the drying powder and once it was applied I couldn't even feel my tan! Will definitely be going back.
