He was very helpful in explaining to me how I could use the copy machine myself to print my photos. He then assisted me to show me how to do it. While he was still helping me with the pictures, a black young lady yelled over to us in a very nasty threatening voice " Michael what are you doing, He can cut his own pictures" I was totally shocked at how she spoke to Michael like that, when he was being such a kind young man helping out a paying customer. If she was his supervisor I highly suggest that she not work in that department having to deal with human beings as she was acting like a Zoo keeper.

I am still in a wheelchair and I would have taken days to figure it out. I called Rob and Pete, and Kevin told me he thought he could come over that afternoon to set up my computer properly. He arrived on time, and he could not had been nicer. He set up computer in record time, and now everything works! Kevin was a real lifesaver and he was a pleasure to deal with.
