Mike fixed it right on the spot. It just had a few wires that were loose and were disconnected. He fixed those right away, tightened up the clips so they wouldn't come loose again. He checked everything else to be sure everything else was working. He even checked my charger to make sure it was charging correctly. They were so nice. I would recommend them to anybody. I walked out 20 minutes later with my scooter working perfectly!

Saving me a ton of down time, an additional trip to your location, and I imagine, quite a bit of money. The repair was done in the time promised, for a very reasonable sum, resulting in no additional down time for my lift. I has been two weeks and I am quite pleased with the way my lift is working since its repair. I really appreciate the care that Tim took in assisting me. As my main mobility scooter weighs 250lb, so I really depend on my lift being operational. And I appreciate Tim's determination to get me back on the road as soon as possible The repair was done in the time promised, for a very reasonable sum, and I was back up and running that same day. The time for them to arrive at 11:35 p.m. came and went with yet another text that they will now arrive at 12:40 am. WHERE were they towing cars from and to where? Okay...now this is a bit much when you're stranded with no place to go in the middle of the night, and with a 19 month old baby. Now considering you don't speak directly to an agent but are directed via chat that's even more frustrating! I could share the entire flurry of chats with you, but I'll just post this last one: "Your roadside request has been assigned to ADVANTAGE TOWING INC. Their technician should arrive by 2:47 AM. So, on the phone I go to contact AAA member services--why am I paying for this type of service from an incompetent towing service to NOT show up? Who does this...wait for nearly 5 hours for repeat text messages of they are NOT coming as promised. As far as I'm concerned, it is my feeling they were in a bar somewhere getting plastered and didn't want to be bothered on a Saturday night. Don't expect them to come to assist you if it's a cold winter day. Luckily for us, it was NOT cold, but comfortable waiting in our car chatting for another MORE reliable towing service to send a technician named CJ to the rescue who came and handled the problem in LESS than 10 minutes. It was a security issue under the hood but Advantage would NOT know that because THEY did not have the time! Stay away from "Advantage Towing, INC". Ask AAA who they are sending and if it's them, decline, decline, decline and have them find a more competent service sent your way. We did just that! If I could rate them with 0 stars, that is what they do deserve. But in order for me to leave a review, you apparently have to pick at least 1 star. WHERE is the "0" I really want to leave? They are HORRIBLE and not worth you taking the chance they will come when they initially say they will. Maybe they were busy towing cars from a business or an establishment where people were out having a good time only to find their car gone when they got to it, I don't know, but stay away if you value your time. I don't have pictures I want to share only the text messages that were repeatedly sent to me for the first 3 hours. Enough is ENOUGH!
