Didn't bother installing it myself because the support from NavTool is notoriously minimal. Asked Pittsburgh BestBuy and they said they don't know how to do it (smh). Then I took it to Auto Addictions and they said yeah it's doable. Got the appointment scheduled a week later. Then I dropped the car off in the morning and it was done in the afternoon. What I liked the most was their professionalism. They are very knowledgable people and you can tell from the way they talk. NavTool's manual was a total abyss but they somehow managed to install it perfectly (now my old car has CarPlay wooo!). Really, really down-to-details people, made sure that they did not mess things up and kept me posted during the installation. Last but not the least, they charge very reasonably! The repair took about a week longer than expected, because of parts availability, but it was well worth the wait. The van looks great and they even cleaned it inside and out. It's a work van!
