He spent awhile poking around behind it and then he said he needed to "think about it," after which he walked out and drove off! Given this, I ended up calling a different repairman (from Tuscaloosa Appliance Repair), who did a much better job. Later, the repairman from Hassan called and told me he ordered a control board for the fridge, but I checked and he ordered the wrong one. I told him this on the phone, and he started yelling that he knew what he was doing and that he'd come by the next day to fix it. When he showed up, I refused to let him in nor to pay him. He left, swearing under his breath. I'll also note that the repairman from Tuscaloosa Appliance Repair said that he had many customers contact him after having problems with Hassan Appliances. Apparently, the Hassan repairman is known for cussing people out and doing shoddy work. Save yourself the aggravation - use another service company!

We already had our new faucet and parts, and for the new piece, turns out it was the strainer, he asked me to download the home depot app and place my order and offered to pick it up. He pulled out the old pieces, installed the new faucet, and I went to pick up the strainer which he installed and triple checked for any leaks once complete, all in exactly 1 hour. Jonathan was absolutely amazing! The price he charged was incredibly reasonable and a relief for our limited budget: $50/hr for so much work covered. He's also skilled in other jobs too, so we are having him back to install two new light fixtures and convert to LED from fluorescent bulbs. Moreover, he was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Jonathan answered all of my questions about terminology for things in case I have any trouble in the future and described how converting to LED can be as simple as picking up the new LED plastic bulbs. Truly an amazing human and awesome experience, I look forward to working with him again soon!

I proceeded to call the company to explain what happened and to see if I could still get serviced( My appointment was from 3-5. I called around 3:40 because I never received a call informing me someone was on the way). The owner explained that the technician was unavailable for the day and that the service would have to be performed the following week. My mom called back to see why if we were still within our allotted service time range, and the owner got an attitude with her and said, 'You've called me four times already and hung up. She called back, and he proceeded to send her to voicemail. My mom and I have very similar numbers, but that's beside the point. It was very unprofessional to yell at a paying customer, and if that's how he handles business, if I were a new customer, I would take my money elsewhere.

Text came that it was out for delivery, then got a text that delivery is to be rescheduled. No explanation. The manager from store (Amy) helped as much as she could with Amber who works in the store. Got a call from delivery company (Talbit) who said the washer and dryer did NOT get on the truck. Well the manager Amy said she was told the driver attempted to deliver and no one home. LIE.. Who do I believe? Amy canceled the order and was able to give us an in-store stock appliances which was more $$, gave us a discount and parts to install. We still ended up paying MORE. Order H0877-272113. I was looking for better restitution for this order. We had to haul appliances to house, unload and install vs. delivery and Home Depot install. I called customer service line, spoke to 6 people such as Diego and Miss Gloria. Each person said we cannot help you, you need to speak to another person. Why do we as the customer have to speak to MANY people and still get no further assistance. I will be writing multiple reviews about our experience. Anything we have bought from the NJ locations, we NEVER had any issues. We have lost confidence in the customer service system.
