They want you to order from a screen and pay with plastic, you can still get a real person to take your order it you are paying with money like I do. Besides that, everything you expect from this chain, good food, friendly service, and as many bread sticks you can old. Lots of seating but not a large parking lot means they think families will be the main people but the rest of do enjoy coming here. I wish more would open in Metro Detroit where I live, but I have eaten here over the years. I am not a huge eater, so the smaller servings alone is perfect. Large eaters don't worry, they have combos you will get your fill. If I get back to town, I will be glad to stop and eat. read more

Visiting Indiana and use to frequent this location often. Boy we were disappointed. The place was a mess! Carpets were disgustingly dirty. Trash all over. Food was ok at best. I actually found it hard to eat because of the cleanliness of the restaurant I found myself thinking what the kitchen must look like. I pm a good time to go; no line and prompt service. My Parmesan crusted shrimp bake was served within 5 minutes, hot, tasty, generous serving with lots of shrimp and cheese. Will need a take-out box! Five star food. In my opinion, the pasta dishes are the best of all, especailly the classics, fettuccine alfredo and spaghetti. Aswell as the food, they also has amazing service. If you love breadsticks, definitely come to Fazoli's. They are always sure to ask if you need more breadsticks! They make sure you are taken care of but, they also equally leave you alone to eat. And lastly, the faculty members are never rude or inconsiderate. This place has a great vibe! read more

The food is good. But I find the lack of cleaning to be a problem. We had to clean our own table. The mens room was a mess and there was no stall door which I find disconcerting. I'm not sure if they are trying to save money or discourage people from using it. read more

The price to carbohydrates ratio is strong with this establishment. For the many years I've grown up in Kokomo the food at Fazoli's has always been what I expect: good, cheap, and fast enough. I favor going through the drive-thru as I seem to get my food more quickly. Definitely a great fast food option no matter what time of day. read more

Waited almost 30 minutes for our food, side pizza was like warm and kinda cold. The sliders are super small, but the workers seem friendly.

If I could give no stars I would. This place use to be so good. But now, the whole place doesn't look like it's ever cleaned. Service is so slow. Sloths would be faster than this staff. Almost every order they brought out had food missing. The people who delivered our food said that our food said that our missing meal just came up and they said they'd go grab it. Great food! The absolute best service I have ever had! I think managers name might have been mike and then didn't catch servers name but he was the red head they we're so nice! Two of the most respectful people I've met. Definitely recommend for kids too! Very kid friendly! If I'm ever in town again I will definitely be coming back. read more

Me and several of my family members were in Kokomo to take my son to the skatepark. We went to Fazoli's because we thought we could trust the 'brand' and know what to expect. Wrong! When we entered there was nobody at the front counter for several minutes and there were several customers waiting around. The cashier never smiled. When we asked about if the kids meal came with a drink she simply handed us a child's cup with no words or expression. Then we went to the dining room. The floors were filthy. The silverware was empty. Both ice tea containers were without lids. There was liquid all over the floor and on the counter. The trash can was covered in food. Then to the restroom.... The first stall had feces all over the seat. The second had liquid running from the base of the stool and across the floor. Toilet paper was all over the floor and the room smelled of sewer gas. I did not use the restroom. My son went in the men's it had the same sewer gas smell. He did not use the restroom either. People were complaining about the filth other than just us. When the brought out silverware they placed it into the dirty containers that had food and goo in them. They only put out enough for a few people and it was empty within 10 minutes. We sat right in front of the silverware area so I know this to me true. Would not even recommend this place to my mother-in-law. read more
