No matter how hot it is or how many people are waiting, the servers are always pleasant and patient, and my order has never been wrong in probably over 100 orders. The side options are chips & nachos, which were nothing special and the chips seemed a little stale, or their potato oles, which are just round hash browns like you'd get at Chick-fil-a (no Tex-Mex flavor on them, just hash browns). Drinks are self service and they have Pepsi products, just like Taco Bell. Overall I'd call this place Taco Bell Jr, with food that's maybe a half step below TB's.
