Fazoli's is the best fast food choice with quality fresh pasta! Fabulous restaurant with the best buttery garlic bread sticks that are complimentary with your meal! The food is always piping hot pasta and served fast! My lunch was delicious and it was a $7.99 special that comes with a drink and their famous buttery garlic bread sticks. I chose the Alfredo and spaghetti. Both were delicious and satisfying. Rarely, I order dessert but I never pass up the Fazoli's strawberry icee. It is so refreshing with tasty real strawberries! They actually partner with The Cheesecake Factory and serve cheesecake. So that should tell you this place has high standards! I noticed that they even have catering services. Clean restaurant with a friendly staff that will strike up a conversation that makes you feel welcomed! You order a meal at the counter and they will bring the meal to your table. I always appreciate that! Fazoli's is my favorite road trip destination, when traveling. This location is Valdosta, perfect for lunch on our way home from Florida! OMG this place brought back all the nostalgia! I haven't been to a fazolis in like over 12 years and it was the same deliciousness as I remember! The breadsticks, the pasta and even one of the cheese appetizers we tried was YUMMY!! The service was quick and when the food came it was bubbling hot which is always a great thing because I rather the food be hot than cold or even warm! Ambiance gave your typical as I remember fast food Italian spot but at the same time I think I much rather come back to fazolis than an Olive Garden I mean it definitely was worth it. I am so happy we stopped here on our way back home, definitely didn't taste fast food at all. Drive thru Italian food is a first for me. I am thoroughly impressed. My son and I stopped in Valdosta for the night and we needed a bite to eat. Fazoli's was 5 miles away so we cruised over. There is indoor seating, however, the convenience of ordering Italian food and bringing to the hotel without leaving the car was too good to pass up. We ordered their baked ziti. Fazoli's closed in Jax a long time ago, and I miss eating here, so when I saw there was one in Valdosta after a long day at Wild Adventures, I was happy to let my kids try it! We came thru the drive thru and it was pretty busy but moved quickly, my fondest memories were of their baked pasta! I mean think of your favorite pasta dish then add a bunch of cheese on top and bake it! YUM! Lol! I haven't been here in years! They don't have them in Florida, so when we went through Valdosta this weekend it was the perfect opportunity to stop. First of all, the prices for pretty tasty Italian fast food was great! $6.50 for my favorite.. the baked spaghetti. The combination of perfectly cooked noodles and melted cheese warmed my heart as well as my belly. I do wish there was more marinara sauce though. If you check in on yelp, you get 2 free additional breadsticks( which is cool). One of ours was burnt, but the rest were cooked perfectly. You can add a slice of pizza and a drink for $2.89 which is a great bargain. However the pizza slice I got looked like it had been sitting there for 8 hours. It looked so nasty and was cold. If we hadn't been on the interstate already I would have demanded a refund. Oh well. My husband enjoyed the lasagna and his slice of pepperoni was ok. I love meat in my spaghetti so I now know to order a few meatballs on the side as the spaghetti with meat sauce is literally muted with actual meat. The food was good. Not heavily seasoned. I'm excited I requested extra cheese on my baked spaghetti otherwise I would have been disappointed. My niece loved her slices of pepperoni pizza. She said it was the best ever. My other niece had the chicken carbonara. It's okay, just note, she's a tennager, so that speaks volumes. The eating space was well kept. Fast food Italian ??? We were shocked! We debated coming here, read many reviews, and decided to give it a try. We're so glad we did! Amazing food: we got the meat lasagna and the four cheese shells, both with side salads. The side salads were phenomenal, purple cabbage, crisp tomatoes, not your average side salad. The meat lasagna was fresh and hot (unlike the bad reviews said). The four cheese shells were creamy and yummy. The breadsticks were warm and salty. Yum! Prices: the food was cheap, but well made. Well worth the money. Appreciate the low price. Ambiance: it was a vibe. Customer service: So, we've got a story time. The young lady who took our order at the counter greeted us by saying: "please tell me you're not dining in".... (It was busy, we understood.)However, she continued with complaining that "why can't people make food at home" (true, but we're here for a reason.) Then she asked the girl I was with and I, "are y'all a thing or something?" (Yes, she's my girlfriend, but what if that wasn't my girlfriend... ) She was clearly stress and annoyed ( we understand, it was busy) but rather than getting this interaction over with, she continued conversation and ended up being passive aggressive ( we don't even know how to explain the rest). It wasn't much worse, but honestly uncomfortable and unnecessary beyond small talk. BUT.... This took an amazing turn. Anthony must've heard we were uncomfortable because he approached our table and took care of us. Apologized on her behalf, ran our food, and was kind and genuine. The manager ( we don't know his name) approached our table to hear our complaint ( we were really awkward and didn't know what to say at the time) and he was very understanding and kind. The manager and Anthony completely turned our experience around. They were both checking in on all of the tables. They offered us dessert ( we were hesitant, but appreciated it very much, btw... yummy! ) Overall, would highly recommend this amazing fast Italian food. I haven't had Fazolis in a couple of years after moving to Florida. We stopped at this one on our road trip. Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. We had to wait 20 minutes for one of our entrees and 30 minutes for my food and no one else had ordered before us, and it wasn't even hot!! My chicken Alfredo, had no chicken as they ran out, it really wasn't even edible, I just ending up throwing it away. We had to ask multiple times for breadsticks and they were soggy and inedible when they finally came out. They care more about DoorDash and pickup orders. Then one of the employees went outside and tried opening my car doors? Said he had the wrong car.. but shouldn't you know your car? Then homeless people came in and started arguing and they never told them to leave. Save your time and appetite and go next door to Olive Garden. We wanted a quick stop on our road trip but ended up spending more time waiting for the food and still left hungry. read more

The kids were tired of fast food on vacation and wanted "real food" so we ordered to-go from Fazoli's. Be aware that this review is based on a 10, 7 and 3 year old's taste buds. I did not personally eat any of the entrees. They had cheese pizza, fettuccine with chicken, and spaghetti with meatballs. Everyone gave a thumbs up overall. The cheese pizza was perfect for the pizza lover. The chicken wasn't satisfying but the fettuccine was devoured. The spaghetti was with an active 3 year old who picked out all of the meat and ate the pasta in between every game he made up to play with the others. We also ordered extra breadsticks that we all LOVED. If I ever visit Valdosta again, or any other town with a Fazoli's, I'd definitely dine there. Not sure why there why there are so few Fazolli's around anymore (maybe because it's hard to spell?). It's reliable quick food for a decent price. I think the breadsticks are as good as any around (take that Olive Garden), the portion sizes are very generous and the service is usually very good.
