This turned out to be a much better option. *** When my husband went over to confirm the order, he witnessed the cook using a mini ladle to pour oil directly over the potatoes and eggs, (twice) . The thought of this is disgusting and explains why my husband's omelet was extremely greasy. Someone needs to introduce the cook to the words light and restraint and they definitely need to provide a new recipe for French toast.
