I'm in shock that this place has as many good reviews as it does. This was by FAR the worst massage of my life. I asked for a deep tissue massage with hot stones and I can not explain how aggressively fast he was giving the massage the entire time, he was going so fast I lost count of how many times he hit me in the head when massaging my back. Not only that, but he left the door open while I was lying naked on the bed for more than half of the massage. At one point he put a towel on my head and was aggressively using his forearm ON my head and then switched to his ELBOW. When I asked him to stop he said okay and kept going I had to tell him multiple times to stop. I almost walked out several times. I left feeling more pain than when I arrived. I literally thought I was getting punked because half way through the relaxing spa music turned off and I kid you not Snoop Dog started playing. I don't know how this guy got licensed or if he even is but this was the worst massage experience of my life. Do not waste your money. read more

We had an exceptional experience with David and Ana (who I believe are a married couple) and gave us the most relaxing massage ever! The music is nice and they do foot massage and shoulders /arms included. Today I did back and neck and was massaged in a private room. The establishment is very clean and nicely decorated. This has to be, hands down, one of the best massages I've gotten. I went through groupon and had no issues booking and then providing the vouchers upon checking in. I've seen comments about the back door being open and how noisy it can get, which it was but there wasn't much surrounding noise coming in from the outside. To break down my experience, i'll list the pros and cons Pros: - the lady I had applied just the right amount of pressure. She got into the knots but she didn't stay in one area too long. This typically happens to me in the past and I end up hurting or cringing bc they go over the same spot over and over. - At other massage places, I always end up feeling like the massage was rushed or they didn't put enough time into all areas of the body. Not this place. We checked the time right before we laid down and right when they left the room and it was an hour. - All I have to say if you're thinking of the hot stones, just GET IT. Making a reservation was simple and quick. We were greeted at the door and our temperature was taken. Everyone wore their masks. They take their COVID precautions seriously which made me feel safe. I reserved a couples room. It looked clean, organized, and the massage table was made. They have a storage space in the room where you can place your belongings. We got undress down to our undies, covered ourselves with sheets and laid face down. The therapists soon entered and asked us for our preferences. They used massage oil to massage. They made sure to use a hot towel to wipe off the excess oil after everything was done. I came in with extremely dry skin and left feeling like a soft baby. The staff was friendly and professional. Stumbled upon this place when getting lunch in the same shopping center. Great little hidden gem. Very clean and super friendly staff. First time I did the foot massage and it was an amazing foot massage. The massage focuses mostly on your feet. Which I loved and needed as some other places tend to do about 1/2 or less of the time on your actual feet so if you want more of an all body massage, I would do the combo body massage. Alexander was amazing and perfect pressure, not too hard or soft. My second visit I booked a combo body massage with Alexander (since he's was so amazing the first time) and he didn't disappoint. First, very clean and well decorated. Rooms are nice size. More important! I hurt my back really bad. ER and severe pain meds were prescribed. Dr said 2 to 3 months to heal. I had Shirley for 90 minutes and the next visit 3 days later was Amy. I rode a golf cart all day ( not recommended) And played 3holes further retightening my back. They both felt the knots in my back and focused heavily where needed. Hot towels and stones enhanced the experience a lot. I was unable to climb out my car or get up from a chair without great pain and delay before myassages. The relief I got greatly reduced my pain and delays. I waited to the last minute to book my second massage at 8pm. I asked if the therapist would do 90 minutes and she agreed. The skill level of both is very evident. Thank you FB! I don't even know how to start this review, i'm still SHOOK. My bestfriend and I went in for a 'semi custom massage' and did not get what was requested at all. To begin with, we were not even asked if her getting a male masseuse was okay AND he was coughing the whole time. There was a point where I didn't even know how long the door was open for, literally open while my butt was half out. I don't even know if I should laugh or be upset at this point I felt like we were being punk'd. I am in pain. I thought maybe my toe was broken. As another reviewer said, the person giving the massage was unnecessarily aggressive and using his knuckles to press the bony parts of the feet. I actually like hard massages and often tell massage therapists to go harder, but this person wasn't massaging the muscles but unnecessarily digging his knuckles into my bones instead. Without warning, he grabbed my toes aggressively and pulled violently hard. My toes cracked. It hurts to walk. read more
