Recently my family and I traveled to Phoenix to visit family. We needed transportation from the…read moreairport to family. We contacted Goldstar Transportation since we had used them previously. We were in for a fabulous surprise. Goldstar had been acquired by LG Transportation. This was our lucky day. Our driver, Greg, was waiting for us despite a one hour delay in our takeoff from Orlando. He was personable, articulate, chivalrous, a very capable driver, and professional. He offered cold bottled water after putting our bags in the car. He was fabulous! On Sunday, another driver picked us up for our return trip to Sky Harbor. Lorriea is equally professional, articulate, personable, and a very capable driver. She, too, offered water and handled those bags like the pro she is. As an aside, Greg and Lorriea are the L and G in LG Transportation. Not only do they provide transportation in Phoenix, they are affiliated with other companies, so you can contact them about transportation elsewhere, and they are prepared to make your arrangements. This company is wonderful. You couldn't be in better hands.

The company I used to book the party bus "platinum ride limos" apparently just like to rip ppl off and take there money. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I was late 15 mins from being dropped back off which the driver was aware of and stated not to worry. I checked my credit card and They charged me an additional $135, which was a full hour fee for services they DID NOT provide. Once I saw this additional charge on top of all that I spent for there services not to mention leaving the driver a Big Tip Just to basically be dropped off. I called the owner who basically implied that money meant more to him then his customers or future business of others would. I personally will spread this throughout Arizona. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM TRUST ME. If I could give a negative star I would, no need and sending a pretend response on the bottom of the review actting surprised or as if your company had no knowledge of this. Better yet Attempting to make fellow yelpers believe differently. I attempted and spent majority of my morning conversing about this with your company who could careless. It was very clear to me speaking with management that you could careless about your customers. We used them last weekend for our annual Christmas event…read more Reserved their largest party bus- a "42" person party bus. LUCKILY, we had 8 people who were sick and couldn't make the event. There was barely enough room for the 34 people we did have. We might have had enough room for two more very small sized people, but nowhere near 42 people would've fit on that bus. The driver did a good job getting us to our different stops. He was nice and polite. The only issue that is out of line and ridiculous as all heck is the mandatory 20% tip that is due BEFORE YOUR EVENT EVEN HAPPENS. (Approx $350 for our event) If the service is not stellar, it doesn't matter, because we've already paid the tip-they've really got no incentive to do a good job. Luckily we had no problem. Please note that on the contract, the tip is referred to as the "tip". On the receipt, the tip is referred to as a "service charge". The driver may or may not try and tell you that there was no "tip"applied, and request a tip in cash at the end of the night. We almost double tipped our driver because he said there was no "tip" added on the card...... That's because the wording is changed from "TIP" to reflect a "service fee" on the receipt instead. Then we were told the "service fee" was actually a "delivery fee", NOT a tip. Wait, huh?! That seems a little shady to me. Maybe this is normal practice in this line of business. Or just this company-- Bottom line- 20% TIP IS MANDATORY BEFORE YOUR EVENT, so don't get confused after a rip-roaring night on the town and tip additionally, unless of course, you want to. Now you know. Overall they did a good job. But I will admit, I had already been practicing my small claims court case inside my head for bogus tip charge and bad service. Luckily, we won't be going to court.

If you read this comment, I can assure you they are one of the best transportation companies in the city. I was worried about my driver being on time, being friendly, and attentive. I was hosting 14 girls and was worried about the limo being clean and stocked. Well LIMOZ went above and beyond all of these expectations. We rented the H2 Hummer white limo. It was beautiful on the inside and out. Rusty was our driver and he was the perfect man for the job. He restocked all glassware and ice after every drop off. He was patient with us as we ran late, as we got drunk, and even as we had to have a special trip home for a couple of the girls (35 min each way). Wendy is the girl you want to talk with when making the reservation and she will make you feel at ease and get you the best possible scenario you can get. Michell is consistently super punctual, usually arriving about 15 minutes early (even when she has had to pick me up at 3AM to drive me to the airport). Also, she is very professional - always dressed in black, with her chauffeur hat (you actually feel like a celebrity, when she meets you, in full chauffeur attire, at the airport's security gate and swiftly grabs your carry-on from your hand).
