I was getting geared up to take a photo of myself in camo to send to Marshal, one of my hunting buds to illustrate my excitement, when I heard a helicopter circling near my house. I went outside to see, and realized it was circling our house!!!!! I then started to move to the front of the house as I was hearing sirens coming. 12 cop cars at least pulled up and now I am in my garage to see wtf is going on. Over a mega phone, the say my name and "come out with your hands up we want to talk to you!" I am in shock as I haven't done anything, have no F'n idea what this is about, and start to get paranoid. I barricade my position and open a window to talk back to them. But all they keep saying is the same damn thing, over and over and over for 3 hours!!!!! I'm not kidding. So I started to f with them.... Well, in the end I gave up, was 5150ed and found out that my sister, who lives on the property, and has been institutionalized 16 times for her craziness had told the cops that I was going to scalp our neighbors!!!!!!!! Can you fucking believe that those dumb asses believed her and a caretaker that she pays!!!! I have never been in a mental health facility in my entire life until that shit show! The silver lining, is that I got to check off "police stand off" on my bucket list, and got to check off a first hand account of our mental health system. Which ain't bad. I made some friends as well. The only other issue was, I had no cell phone or reading glasses so I was completely isolated during my stay. For some damn reason the facility couldn't wrap their minds around the fact that a 57 year old male needs glasses to f'n read. Sean Casey

During their limited "business hours", I attempted to drop off my medical sharps containers only to find zero police presence/squads, black-tinted windows and missing door buzzer!!! No one answered my knocking. This only confirms my judgement of their incompetence. I have since filed a complaint with Internal Affairs, as this is a potentially life-threatening fault on behalf of SDPD. With the further lack of police presence on our streets, SDPD is, at the very least, impotent and careless, except when 4 officers decide to rubberneck a vehicle door dent (Renaissance Centre 2023). Confidence shattered

San Diego is great, in the desert the police need retraining and better yet need to be let go of their position in authority. maybe San Diego can help riverside? they are not doing so well. the difference between these two departments is night and day. 40 years no issues in San Diego 5 years issues in riverside county with loud noise, all night long, blocked driveways, police unhelpful, police lie and injure. how can it be one hour apart and two police stations so different? anyways thank you for your service my family appreciates your professionalism and always to be fair. thank you.

My reason was to ask to speak to the front desk police officer who I can ask him to file a police report with a woman tenant who was physically assaulted because she was punched in the face once and the second time she was slapped in the face by this same mental ill woman tenant in this independent living home that I am currently the House Manager. in managing right now at this present location. I don't blame the San Diego Police Officers because I have a better understanding of what their responsibilities are about since I have to do the same things they do in me having to deal with mentally ill people who are not taking their medication. These mentally unstable individuals ; when these crazy people are off their medication these people's behavior turns out of control and does escalate into a very violent episode. The situation was I was not able to file a police report because the victim this senior citizen woman only had one bruise on her face. This front desk police officer told me the victim needs to have a lot of (black and blue bruises on her face) and on her arms too. And also the victim has to be threatened by the suspect with a weapon like a knife or a gun and that weapon has to be found at the residence at the scene of the crime. I believe this is a good police department because even though I wasn't able to file a police report with them , I was given good information. The information I was given was a case number if I wanted to go through the San Diego Courthouse System to file a Restraining Order against this senior citizen woman suspect I would have to fill out the paperwork packet at the San Diego County Courthouse and then me and the victim would have to go through this long process to try to file a temporary restraining order against this woman suspect of physically abusing another senior citizen. It's a very long process. Their front desk police officer was very professional towards me and he gave me excellent customer service.

My good friend and I was helping her to fill out a police report for a serious crime that was committed against her by another person that is currently living there now. I was very disappointed when me and my good woman friend was dropped off by a Uber Driver that date and the. when I looked on the front door for their hours this San Diego Police Station was closed. I couldn't evaluate their police officers because they were CLOSED. It's difficult for me to give this San Diego Mid-City Division Police Station a proper Review because their Police Station closes too early at 12 PM. Please list on your website to WARN citizens that you close at 12 PM so I would not waste my money calling for an Uber Driver and I was not able to talk to a police officer about a serious incident that happened to another person who lives in an Independent Living House in San Diego, CA.

I requested that Amy the Emergency Services Dispatcher please send out these San Diego Police Officers to my home ASAP. The reason was because there was this guy who's a tenant living in this Independent Living House that all of a sudden had a violent confrontation towards me. I saw that he was using these drugs. But his violent outbursts is his regular behavior that he has shown in this house. This guy tried to strangle my neck with one of his hands and he was yelling at me at the same time. He also pushed my body into the wall twice. This is a Domestic Violence Incident that unfortunately has happened to me. I didn't have no time to defend myself against this violent crime . It was a terrible experience for me. Afterwards, when this younger guy stopped choking me . I walked very fast to my bedroom and locked the door behind me. This guy I saw his shoes walk towards my door and he started yelling at me again. I told him to get away from my bedroom door. Then I said I am calling the San Diego Police Department on him now. There were 12 San Diego Police Officers that showed me at my house. Six came inside the house and the other 6 cops were standing outside the house in getting ready to interview the suspect this younger guy who's a renter here living for 2 months in this house. After Officer Colvin wrote up the police report . Officer Colvin asked me if, I want to press charges on him? I said YES because he should not be allowed to try to kill me without being punished for his crime. There was 2 senior citizens watching television in the living room while this guy was hurting me on a specific part on my upper body. Then I had to call the 911 Emergency Services Dispatcher myself to ask for HELP! Officer Colvin also gave me this San Diego Police Department Victim's Bill of Rights, MARSY'S Law Handout Sheet for my information. This other San Diego Police Officer has interviewed these 2 elderly women about this guy who was hurting me and thus younger guy put his hands on me in this house. Afterwards, these other 6 Police Officers were talking to that younger guy outside in front of the house who had committed attempted physical assault a crime. Then I saw these San Diego Police Officers place handcuffs on his wrists then he was arrested and taken away by their police car. I will be pressing serious charges against this person . Then I text messaged the owner of this house. The owner said this man tenant has been evicted immediately from this house and he will not be allowed back on her property ever again. The owner said she will call his mother to come by and pick up his clothes and other things to move his stuff out of his bedroom next week. These SD Cops knocked on the front door and I answered the door. They told me they were there to talk to me about a serious crime that was committed by this younger renter guy to me. Officer Colvin asked me to tell him What Happened from the beginning until the end of this Civil HARRASSMENT incident that was happening to me by this younger tenant who lives in this house. I explained everything to Officer Colvin. I received Excellent customer service from Office Colvin. And these 11 other SD Police Officers were here when I needed them for my safety reasons. This is an Assault and Battery incident that is a very serious crime. This younger man resident should have never been allowed to rent the it another room in this house because of his Violent Angry Behavior towards me and other people who live here in this place. Thus is the second time this guy has shown his bad attitude. Last year he punched holes in the wall , yelled at me last month and then he played his drums very loudly in the garage. I told this guy to stop disturbing the neighbors then he said (Fuck You Frances), and then he gave me the finger. I called the San Diego Police Station on his really bad behavior towards me. This guy who was a resident living here has gotten into a physical fight with another male tenant last year . These incidents are all Red Flags and Warning Signs this guy is has violent behavior. L Take my advice don't ever live in an Aging & Independent Living Household. Every place have mentally ill people, Alcoholics and some people who have been in prison. It's a very scary and d really dangerous place to live at.

My employer at the time, Advantage Sentry and Protection, sabotaged me. Advantage Sentry and Protection Owner, Norman Llanes, hired his crony, Marco A. Rossi, a terminated police officer with The San Diego Unified School District, and gave him a pretend supervisor position. Norman and Rossi had previously worked together as police for the district. At the time of his employment with ASAP , Rossi was involved in a lawsuit, trying to get his pension. While employed at ASAP, I went through a corrections academy to start a new career. Meanwhile, Rossi would not stop causing problems for everyone, and was openly hostile. Rossi went as far as telling me not to view him as a supervisor. Everyone started voicing their problems with this terminated cop. A supervisor gave two weeks notice due to repeated antagonism from Rossi. A second supervisor(retired Chula Vista PD) said, " I won't get out of my car until he leaves. He stirs bleep up." The owners eldest son. Norman Avery Llanes Jr. said, " He is an a***e. He is only here for a free check." Rossi was threatened with termination by the owner's wife, Joyce Atkins Llanes, for harassing a male employee with a tampon. Rossi falsely told subordinates that I was having sex with a female employee, and lied about my job performance. Rossi was watching pornography on the company computer in the lobby. Norman was monitoring the online search history, and protected him. After he adversely affected my wages and work record, I put in a complaint. The owner was furious with me, and demanded that I justify myself to his crony. The owner immediately suspended me. Owner, Norman Llanes, Rossi, and I met at the office. The owner falsely promoted Rossi to a higher rank at this time. Yet, Rossi had previously told me not to view him as a supervisor. On this day, he wanted to be viewed as one. Norman Llanes began bragging about their law enforcement backgrounds. Norman started lying to my face about my job performance. Norman said, " If it was up to me, I would fire you." Yet, I did not even have a restroom at my work site. Norman expected me to go to a grocery store for this. Then, with a false sense of moral superiority, the owner said, " I expect more from a corrections academy graduate." This was after the owner instructed me to falsify reports for client, Walters Management. This was now a hostile environment. As Norman and I stood outside the front office door, I asked how this would be resolved. The owner took one step inside, and literally through the door shut in my face. One week later, I was terminated for "insubordination." Norman decided to fully support the games of Marco A. Rossi. Also, I was told by a supervisor that Norman was having mood swings due to all the medications he was taking for his medical problems. For the unemployment hearing, I subpoenaed a supervisor, and had a security officer voluntarily testify. The supervisor never disputed any of the allegations against Rossi. The security officer confirmed that Rossi was telling subordinates I was having sex with a female employee. Norman could not give a single reason to justify my termination. The owner repeated, "I expect more from a corrections academy graduate." Norman was delusional. Norman became desperate, and was caught lying about me. At the end of the hearing, the ASAP operations manager agreed that my termination was not justified. Norman was laughed out of the hearing. However, I did not receive benefits due to not attending the first hearing(mandatory). After the hearing, I contacted Norman in good faith about changing my file. Norman texted me, "You drunk man." I do not drink alcohol. I applied for a corrections job. Norman destroyed me with this potential employer during a background check. The last time I viewed my file, there were five inches of false documents in my file. Norman posted my name on two websites with disparaging remarks. My home address was posted on a third website. Norman Avery Llanes Jr. is my character witness. Owner, Norman Llanes, would not stop lying.
