One of the worst HOA management companies I have ever worked with. The people who answer the phone know nothing and provide ZERO customer service and an attitude for bothering them. There is an emergency - put it in writing, with pictures and someone will get back to you within 48 hours (maybe)..... still waiting and it's been over a week. Crappy painting job by the company they hired. - Deal with it, it's not our problem, we think they did a great job. They painted my gate shut, so no one can open it. The broke my light fixture and painted the deadbolt so it no longer works. (Painting company took no responsibility either, probably a friend of Jason Kelly the CEO). For months, our automatic HOA payments were not being processed due to what management admitted was an internal system/account issue after transitioning to a new system. Despite multiple office visits, emails, and reassurances that the issue would be corrected, the problem continues. As homeowners, we expect professionalism, accountability, communication, and basic respect--especially when trying to keep our accounts current. FCCMI seriously needs to improve: * Customer service * Communication with homeowners * Accounting and account management practices * Staff training and professionalism My concern now is whether other homeowners may also be experiencing billing or accounting issues without realizing it. If the Sundown HOA board or community leadership sees this review, I strongly encourage them to verify that homeowner accounts are being properly managed and payments are being processed correctly. To whom it may concern, I am writing to report an unprofessional interaction I experienced when calling your office regarding my HOA automatic payment that was not withdrawn this month. When I called to ask about my account, the customer service representative spoke to me in a rude tone, raised her voice, and began arguing with me while I was simply trying to understand what was happening with my payment. I even asked her to please calm down, but the conversation continued in the same manner. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a company that represents and serves homeowners. Just returned fro M virtual meeting with Braxton from FCCMI and board members. Off to poor start as board members would not show their faces for this meeting. I am a residence of a community which most recently signed up with FCCMI. And since then, I have had a lot of the problem with these people. Aside from immediately, increasing the association fee, They sent letters to the residents and wanted each one of them to pick a gate code, one for their own and one for their venders. (have you ever heard of 200 different gate code for a single gated association?) I did not want different code for my different venders I told them, to just pick one code for me or let me give it to them. They wanted to have that letter signed and mailed, which I did almost a month ago and they keep saying, that I will get it or they do not have the letter etc.... . This is over a month ago. and am still asking for it. The name of the guy that I an dealing with is James Mojica. He is rude and need attitude adjustment. He is acting like God and I am glad that he is not is a position of authority, otherwise, God knows what he would do. Anyway, I will keep asking for the code and let you know in a month as what has happened. Maybe, I should sleep in the street outside of the gate until I receive a code. read more

This place deserves zero stars!! It's always people who do not live here in the pool and security is too scary to say anything and I mean whole families!! Including homeless people who are already squatting in the condos!! Then the water get cut off often with little to no notice. I have a roll down security shutter that I found out was installed back in 1993; 32 years ago, at least 3 other people owned the place before me. I've been living there for 6 years now all of a sudden they want me to file for a permit for the installation. Avoid like a plague. If there were negative stars then that's what they would get. If you are an HOA looking for a new management company, run far away. Jason and his relative Jon are the main managers at this business, our HOA dealt with Jason (though I have heard similar stories about Jon). Jason will chose to ignore your emails, not get back to you, and when he does email back will find every way to make it anyone else's fault but his. This company didn't send out welcome packets to new homeowners, didn't send out forms to join the board, didn't send notices of meetings out in a timely manner, let the board violate their own bylaws and CC&Rs , didn't keep up with violations of homeowners, etc. His answer to anything when you call him out on his mistakes are that he will sue you personally and that you need to take night classes. FCCMI is extremely unprofessional. I've been with them since I've had my property 2(years) and every time I speak with an associate they give an attitude. Today I spoke with an associate and apparently my HOA got moved to a different association twice without any notification to myself. I asked him for a solid number to where I could get more information and he told me to Google it. When I did a Google search there was no information available. The associate couldn't simply give me the new number to get ahold of somebody. Rather, he decided to be rude and inappropriate than just simply give me a good number. That's okay, he's probably broke and lives with his mom. Bye Felicia! When someone pays good money for services you would expect to be treated with a little bit of respect. Not this company. Never use this company if you can help it! They think they're "doing a good job" of keeping people out of our complex that shouldn't be there. I have been calling and sending emails for months with pictures of shopping carts, tarps, boxes, trash bags, luggage, garbage cans, and everything else you can think of including a child's pool, that's right you read that correctly, a child's pool set up on the sidewalk outside the complex. But I pay $190 a month and I haven't had a pool in 3 1/2 years that I've been here. I can't tell you how many times I've moved a shopping cart OUT of the complex. Clothing is hanging over the wall of the complex, garbage is being thrown into the complex, but they claim NOT. Like I don't live here and see it happening and take pictures and send them monthly.... If it was my stuff nicely packed in the dips of the wall out by the sidewalk, I would get a huge fine!!!!!!!!! LOL what a world. They raise your HOA as they allow your property value to decrease. Do not buy a house that is taken care of by this company, they don't take care of anything. read more

Incompetence is what the I stands for in their acronym. These young adults have been left by their aging father to care for the company he built without any competence in the field of community management. It's absolutely unconscionable to think they bid on community management contracts with any truthful marketing or responses to proposal requests. They even sent an unlicensed community manager to the Commission hearing on Common Interest Communities to represent our community board. The HOA is now facing fines and restrictions on operating because FCCMI could not even file a list of board members correctly after 3 attempts. It's costing our owners money, accounting is a mess at this office, and when we ask for information as a board we are met with excuses and missing information. It always amazes me at the depths to which customer service has sunk. Just got off the phone with Monte. I am not a fan of condescending tones, aggressive verbiage and defensive responses without a willingness to listen first and provide a substantive constructive reply. I wished him a good day and hung up. At our first HOA meeting with this company their rep consistently interrupted questions meant for our president and demonstrated a complete lack of manners and respect for our residents. Once he started raising his voice, I recognized there was no point in staying. I already wasted too much time waiting for email responses that take days if there is any at all. Either my emails go straight to the spam folder or I am being willfully ignored. Either case would not surprise me. Wasted time sitting on hold when I call. Today was just under 10 min but I did manage to get some shopping done, so not a total loss. Wasted time waiting at the desk when I am trying to pay. Wasted time and a few hairs trying to navigate a website that is broken and incomplete. In this day and age you would think a functioning website is critical. It doesn't need to be pretty just working. After writing this review I am not going to waste another minute. Until of course the next HOA meeting where I will educate my fellow residents on what a terrible decision we made using this company. Just because a company is cheaper, doesn't make it better. Giving this business even 1 star seems generous. With all of the properties I've owned this management company is by far the worst. Noe Piminto has to be the most uncooperative, and useless property assistant manager I've ever met and is unfortunately the only point of contact it seems you will be able to get into contact with. Although don't even waste your time trying to call them- they are notorious for not answering. Victor and Summer are also staff members here who are very unpleasant to deal with. So overall this property management/HOA is the biggest fraud and scam company around. I would highly recommend you do business elsewhere rather than end up like me who spends now $220 a month down the drain in HOA fees only to have poorly managed community. The current community I am in, Century Meadows, has the most raggedy roofing around which is covered under the HOA fee, however when it recently rained we discovered that the roof is in fact gone to shit and needed repairs. With no response from Noe after reacting out multiple times and more rain approaching we had to fix the damages ourself. So take it from me this business only wants to take your money, judging from the other reviews they have a habit of treating everyone like this probably because they know no one will check them. So save yourselfs and look for a different company because this one will only leave you with headaches and drama. read more

My place is in a non-fancy community that had previously been relegated to the bottom with other management companies. There has been an issue with the gate codes for the past couple of days and Vince came to my rescue. He went above and beyond what I expected and was very compassionate. I want to write this review about FCCMI. I am in a process of selling my unit by myself and the buyer wants to have the association rule docs. I called their office, and Vince answered my call. I hired this company after two prior management companies. One that stole all of our money and the other because they were found guilty by the Real Estate Commission because that company did something wrong and lost their license. FCCMI started in May of 2015, I had high hopes they would be the management company that would make our community better. FCCMI told me they would bring the community together, yet instead have the complex feeling like they cannot breath without fear that they will get a letter of warning for something. The current President, who seems to be encouraged by the management company, drives through the community with a sign on the side of their vehicle that say they are the neighborhood watch, and a yellow light on the dash board, looking for people to give notices to. There is no community spirit, and they have divided the homeowner vs renter. So all homeowners are perfect and tenants are evil druggies. Do not recommend this management company. They also tow cars without giving notice, just grab and go. If you want a community to work together you need to bring homeowner and tenants together to work together. FCCMI does not do that. read more
