Ive been living in Summerlin at one of BCRGs properties for well over a year. In that time, I've had some normal repair issues that come with any property. Their Portal for checking monthly cost breakdown as well as Maintenance issues is e yremely easy no navigate. Any Maintenance issue reported is immediately dealt with both lightening fast and 100% satisfaction. I actually have my lease expiring January of 28, and within the last week, l contacted them regarding my hope to extend the lease for another 3-5 years. I currently live in Vegas 6 months out of the year residing in South East Asia the other 6 months. To say l love it here, is an understatement. Ive owned property in both California and Nevada, this being the first place I've rented since college. Haha, being 67 years old, thats a long time. Haha. Im hoping the owner of the property will consider my request, as l fell in love with this place the second l saw it, and its 360 degree unobstructed view of the entire Las Vegas Strip and Red Rock Mountains. Although there were some bumps getting utilities set up, her team were with me every step of the way. They have stayed readily available and quick in correspondence with anything we need. I genuinely appreciate them and have already referred 2 people to help them find a place of residence. Recently we had a water leak in our kitchen. After notifying Black and Cherry of the incident, we received quick correspondence from 365 plumbing. They too were prompt in reaching out to schedule a repair for the next business day. Arrived in time frame advised of, the technician came in assessed the issue and promptly went to buy parts to make repairs. This company has been extremely hard to get consistent good service or communication from the staff..I am a property owner and several time when I called my direct agent she didn't return my calls for days to handle my properties issues..Now currently I cancel this service and the repairs desk has been a nightmare to get the repairs handled in a timely manner and then the Vendor over charged for work that I never requested to get repaired...Constantly I'm having to talk to one of their staff members whose name I rather not say because she's rude and condescending and she knows who she is.. Seems to call and always appears to be in a hurry to discuss the matters at hand.. I've lived in Las Vegas for many years and all over town, and this is hands down the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. I will absolutely be moving out as soon as my lease is up. I renewed for a second year because I didn't want to move so quickly, but I truly regret it. In the end, they only cost their client a long-term tenant because I would have gladly stayed for years under competent management. I will also never rent from this company again and will actively avoid any property they manage. Many of their 5-star reviews seem clearly manufactured or heavily solicited. Just look at how many were posted on the exact same days. Even the plumber they regularly use left them a review -- his sticker is literally on my garbage disposal. The negative reviews are the accurate ones because they describe exactly what I experienced: poor communication, failure to return calls, rude behavior, and shady maintenance workers. Since moving in in October 2024, I have had FIFTEEN maintenance visits for issues that should have been caught before move-in. They clearly do not inspect these apartments properly and have zero respect for tenants' time. Here has been my experience: * The water heater was improperly vented, and a gas technician told me it was dangerous enough that I should not stay in the apartment until it was fixed. I had to get a hotel room and purchase a carbon monoxide detector immediately after signing the lease. * I still cannot properly use the fireplace because the required front glass enclosure is missing. Their handyman came FIVE separate times and was completely incompetent. After repeatedly showing up with the wrong materials -- including, unbelievably, an entire electric fireplace when all that was needed was a square piece of glass -- the company simply closed the maintenance request without fixing the issue. * The blinds in my kitchen were installed so far back that the windows could not open. During the repair attempt, the handyman shattered my window with a hammer. Instead of admitting it, he claimed it looked like someone shot the window with a BB gun, which was ridiculous and honestly alarming. The damage clearly matched being struck by a hammer. When I reported this to management, they dismissed it and defended the worker instead of taking the situation seriously. * The air conditioning barely works and has already required multiple repair visits. Every technician has given a different explanation. One even told me several vents had been intentionally closed, which I never touched, making it obvious this was likely an existing issue before I moved in. Now, right before summer, the AC is failing again. I have it set to 69 degrees and it continuously runs at 75. It has genuinely affected my sleep and quality of life. * I also had an issue with the garbage disposal early on, and the maintenance worker claimed there was a chicken bone stuck inside. If there was, it certainly was not from me because I was eating every meal out at the time. * I recently tried using the oven for the first time after getting into cooking, and once it heats up, it starts beeping nonstop and shuts itself off every single time. I cannot even use the oven. * I also recently noticed large gaps in the shower caulking, so I can only imagine what may already be underneath it. Overall, this company seems interested only in collecting rent while doing the bare minimum for tenants. Communication is terrible, maintenance is poorly handled, and serious issues are ignored or patched temporarily instead of properly fixed. read more

From a potential LANDLORD: This company takes forever to respond. When they do respond and you call them- it takes 2 days later for them to respond. I was referred by a friend and I didn't tell them about the referral because I wasn't sure and needed more information . I wanted to have them be my management company for my properties in Vegas because of the positive feedback from a friend that is currently working with them. I've never used a management company before. I was curious on the response and process. I did get an automated text message. However, I called just as my friend had suggested. I can't do business with a company on a slow response time. Ashley did text me several days later to see if someone helped me out. I didn't respond back. I ended up going with another management company that responded within 5 minutes. He's now managing 4 of my properties in Vegas. Maybe, they would have responded sooner if I told them that I actually had 4 properties. But to be fair, I only told them about 1 property. I had renters on the 3 properties already. I work full time and I couldn't manage it myself anymore and reason why I was looking for a management company. My renter on 4th property moved out, so I was in a hunt for another renter. They seemed busy and under staffed. The lady that answered the phone- I can't remember her name- didn't sound too friendly and is just a matter of fact. She seemed annoyed with my questions and just emailed me a contract. WOW! I felt like I was bothering her and rushing me off the phone. It just rubbed me the wrong way. Ashley followed up with inquiries via text. I don't know who she is but she texted me several days later after I left a voicemail. I can't rate how they do business because I decided not to give them my business. I went back to Yelp and found someone who took the time to help me with the process. I'm paying more in fees but worth every penny since I can contact the management person on his personal cell phone and he actually picks up my calls. It's hard enough to trust someone to handle your properties, it's harder when a management company doesn't respond quickly. I'm curious if this is common practice. I won't know because I'm inexperienced with using a management company. I can't imagine renting out my properties and if my renters have any issues with the property, will they have to wait for several hours or days for a response? No, thanks.
