Excellent service. Nathan is great -- very good at communicating issues and complications -- there…read morewere never any surprises. I also appreciated that he tried to get us a less expensive but effective option until it became impossible when we discovered we had a sinkhole forming -- in this case, the city was right -- we needed to replace things to meet city codes (and for our own safety!). The solution to my septic plumbing ordeal began when I called Cisneros Bros. in the middle of the night meaning to leave a message, but surprisingly, after several calls (accidentally called several times in my stress) an actual person answered the phone. Nicole (who answered) must have guessed it was urgent even if after hours. The next day, I met Nathan Knapp who walked me through every single step the crew would take. (Thank you crew!). I was helping my parents with this -- their septic tank broke into a foul river of waste in their front yard. Neighbors called the city for help, we were cited to fix things immediately, and almost $18,000 later it has been fixed. I could not pay ANY company this amount without understanding what in fact they were fixing, how, and the different options. Apparently for many decades, we were not meeting city codes (we didn't know until this septic tank disaster). The cheaper options to "fix" the septic mess weren't really an option because the city citation did not allow the cheaper fixes, but also because we truly needed a major fix. Nathan and the crew (Jeff, Victor and Rogelio) were super hardworking at pumping out the tank and Victor luckily spoke Spanish who could better explain things to my dad. It's hard to pay a bill like this, but I recognize the value of it -- it was necessary, and I really don't think it would have been cheaper or done better by others. We passed the city codes with flying colors and we don't have to worry about a sinkhole or wastewater mess. So glad to have have a brand new seepage pit, new outlet lines etc.!

I will just state the facts and you can decide. I have about 5 feet of slate tile, 170 feet of…read moreclick flooring and about 400 and change of slate grout. All due to a slab leak that, thankfully, was very small. The first estimate for all three was $5500 which was just one number, and seemed to be pulled out of his posterior. I asked for a breakdown of the three jobs and he was resistant, telling me the combo was a "good deal". When I got the breakdown it was $7175 (I don't think it cost him $1675 for the breakdown). And he estimated $500 a foot for the slate (!) (materials supplied) and it's because he had to "level to area". I've laid tons of flooring and that's typical with any installation. For 170 feet of click flooring (my materials) he estimated $3400, or $20 a foot. Next closest estimate was $550. Steam cleaning the grout was $1275 which I thought was competitive. Overall, considering the time estimate was two days, it's about $3500 per day. Since I'm not having any of the work done by him, I can't speak to the quality. I've noticed that many trades just throw out a price, seemingly "at random". But beware, and request a breakdown. Then calculate the per day cost. If you're not comfortable with that, get more quot

We highly recommend this business to anyone in need of carpet cleaning. A little about our situation..My parents purchased a home in Kingman, AZ last week, it was "move-in ready" minus the gross carpets! According to their agent, the carpets would be clean prior to them moving in- but this wasn't the case. Someone did come out ( don't know who, it was through the real estate company) half-assed the job and made it so much worse. All the carpets in the 3 bedrooms and living room were visibly dirty, stiff, with pet hair all around the outlines of the rooms, and the whole house smelled like dog urine! It was awful, my dad considered tearing out the carpet or replacing it but the prices were high and the wait time ..ridiculous (4+ months for installation). Being new to the town and not knowing anyone to ask for recommendations , they checked on Yelp and found Tri-State Chem-Dry. I reached out and got a hold of Kevin, I explained the situation and was able to schedule an appointment for this past Wednesday. In our case, we were not quoted over the phone because it is difficult to know how bad the carpets actually were. On the day of the appointment, he showed up on time and ready to asses the damage. Turns out we were right, It was bad but not enough to replace the carpet - saved my parents so much money! He quoted my parents prior to doing any work and was very informative about the process. He was there 4 hours and when he finished, the entire house smelled wonderful and had nice and soft carpets. Thanks to Kevin, my parents will be moving in this weekend as planned! You saved the day :)
