She's super friendly and makes you comfortable during the process. I was finished in about 15 minutes. She's good about checking with you whether you're comfortable, if you've had certain wax services before, if you're comfortable with the wax temperature, getting off any possible stray pieces of wax, etc... When we were finished, I asked her to remove a few strands of stray hair around my belly button and she was more than happy to oblige. Best of all, no tweezing needed at the end. I pay more for a Brazilian wax with her than I did back in Cali, but not by much. She's about $5 -$10 more, But for good reliable service, she's worth it. I was then informed that I could've taken an appt slot from someone wanting it and that's why I was charged the fee. However, the person I booked with had nothing but open slots from open until close of business. I haven't felt this undervalued by a Fayetteville-based business in the 5 years I've lived here.
