My initial visit was pretty much all afternoon. I didn't even get a proper form to fill out, but a an old form belonging to someone else and their name crossed out. That should have been my first clue to leave. My right brow was done very high and light in color and round shaped and my left brow was was low and dark in color and square shaped. Right away I knew my brows were messed up. But Angel insisted I needed to wait for 4 weeks to heal and my brows would be more symmetrical. I did and nothing changed. I got a follow up appointment because she said she could correct my brows. I went back July 7th for my appointment and she's not there. I texted her and received a call with her apology and that she would be there in 30 minutes. I decided to leave and texted her I was leaving and going elsewhere for help. She continued to insist she could fix my brows. So I went back and thought my brows had been corrected. After a few days the scaling came off. I still had major issues. I have very noticeable Unevenness and color shading in my brows, especially more in the left. I'm so unhappy after giving her a second chance. I will be seeking another professional to help fix my brows. read more

Angel is a great conversationalist, unfortunately that is the end of her skill set. Eyebrows peeled away within 2 weeks, I kept Angel updated throughout the healing process in which she assured me the ink would come back. When they didn't come back, that's when she wanted to blame me, as she couldn't trust I refrained from drinking or strenuous activity that may cause the ink to fade. I went through my bank to try to get a refund but unfortunately too much time had passed. My eyebrows look the exact same except now they're scarred. The only recourse Angel offered me was for me to pay $100 more for her to scar me further. This business and this "technician" is a JOKE. Don't waste your time, money, or scar tissue. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, I promise you won't regret it! I had my eyebrows done here about three months ago; the lady "Angel" said I had very beautiful eyebrows and that she was going to only enhance how beautiful they were and feature me as a model....Yeah, that didn't happen. I gave her a chance after she messed them up to fix them and this was the outcome. Right now one eyebrow is higher than the other one and the lines are extremely inconsistent, literally. She just placed lines where ever she felt looked good. Every time I tried to stop and she she would just keep adding lines. Please do your research prior to picking a permanent makeup specialist. Don't waste your hard earned money here :( or you might end up like me. Now all she does is block me so that I don't leave feedback and let future customers know what she did. Either way, I contacted her about how unsatisfied I was and she did say she would fix them. After she messed them up, why would I go back to her? I asked for at least partial of my refund back and she ignored my call/texts. I have contacted two instructors that actually teach eyebrow tattooing and both say she does not have enough experiance to do this type of procedure, especially after seeing what she did to mine. I went to Carolina's permanent make up initially to have my eye liner done. I absolutely loved it. I have hardly worn any make up since because I feel like it is just enough for my everyday look. If I want to look more dressed up I just add mascara and blush and I'm ready to go. I went back about 4 weeks later to get a touch up on my eyeliner and decided to get my brows (which I had done about 10 years ago) touched up along with having my lips outlined and shaded. I simply love it and don't know why I waited so long to get it done. When I think of all the money I have spent on make up it makes me crazy. Angel is relatively new to the field of permanent make up but she has a natural instinct for what looks good. She is also very committed to getting it right. I think had I not been happy with my outcome she would have gone out of her way to get it right. I am only two days out from having three procedures done and I feel fine. I have a small amount of puffiness around my eyes and lips but not to the extent that it keeps me from going out in public. I am so happy with my results and they aren't even to they point they will be when it it's totally healed. I would recommend Angel to anyone looking to have any type of permanent cosmetics done.
