No, instead, I called CB and asked if they could help me fix some alignment issues on my Tesla Model 3 Performance (doom impending!) JAMES (bless this guy, the best) picks up from CB, told me I should take my car to Tesla (honestly), and he explained why & what's going on. With the information James gave me, I was able to safely research my problem and it was not related to the tires I just had put on, but the cameras need to recalibrate. I did that, car no longer wobbles. Thanks James - PS: I told James if this was what fixes the car, I would bring him $50 in cash. So I decided to give this auto service center a try for myself, and I'm glad I did. The owner met with me personally. I explained my concerns and the parts I wanted replaced--specifically the battery and alternator. We agreed on a price, and I went on with my day. A few hours later, he called to let me know the battery had been replaced, but the alternator was actually in good working order. He walked me through the test he ran to verify it and made it clear he didn't want me paying for work that wasn't needed. I really appreciated the honesty, so I asked for an additional service: a radiator flush. He said no problem, and the truck was ready a little over an hour later. Overall, the experience was straightforward, honest, and efficient. I'll definitely be returning.
