Este taller antes era un buen lugar para traer tu automóvil a reparar eran honestos en sus precios buscaban la manera de ayudarte,,, pero se vendió el taller y los nuevos propietarios son otra cosa, traje mi Van a reparar aquí y sorpresa!!! Prácticamente tuve qué comprar mi camioneta de regreso y el encargado tiene una actitud pésima de me pagas o me pagas lo que yo quiero. No les recomiendo para nada este lugar, debe de haber otro taller con gente honestas,,,! This shop used to be a great place to bring your car for repairs; they were honest with their pricing and always looked for ways to help you out; however the shop was sold and the new owners are a completely different story; I brought my Van here for repairs and SURPRISE I practically had to buy my vehicle back, the manager has an abysmal attitude it's basically "you pay me, or you pay me exactly what I demand" I do not recommend this place at all; there has to be another shop out there with honest people,,,,,!!! read more

Took my Volkswagen Cc sport for a diagnostic test, they wanted to start with a replacement of tuneup parts when I informed them a tuneup was only 6-8 months old, but they insisted on 513.00 dollars tuneup. Didn't resolve my problem, wanted to explore vacuum leak after I informed them the intake manifold was only 6 months replaced,insisted it could be the problem or timing chain. It seems to me their diagnosis do not pinpoint the issue and they do more guessing and exploring,ASE certification questionable on European models, I don't recommend for European models at all. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! This business has been bought out, yet kept the previous Owner's name and reputation. Absolutely terrible experiences since new ownership. Took my daughter's car in for brake service and oil change. $913.17. The next day a driver waived down my daughter on the freeway as she was dragging the rear brake caliper. Immediately called the shop and talked to Mike, who said "well, get it back up here, and we will get it fixed." No offer to send a tow truck, no apologies, no nothing. After 2 hours on the side of the freeway, I had to tie the hanging caliper up to the frame with a bungee cord and limp it back to the shop. Again, spoke to the shop, asked about a refund on labor, and nothing. Got a call is was ready, and again, no apologies, explanations, etc.. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. I have submitted legal documents to an attorney and have notified my CC company of fraud. Mind you, I have been coming to this place for the last 20 years. read more

7/7/2023 I took my car in because the gauge showed it went to overheat but then quickly came back down to normal. I wanted it checked out because I thought the blower fan motor was not circulating. They let me leave my car because they were behind. I got a call the following day that my car was ready. I paid over the phone and picked it up after hours with the receipt left in the car. The receipt only said overheating and radiator cap for 180. I called driving to work to find out what part was added or fixed. The gentleman who answered states that they switched out some fuses. I asked why it was so much and he stated they charge 120 an hour. I felt that the charge was quite expensive. I am a woman and felt that fuses shouldn't be that high and have changed them out myself before. I appreciate going here in the past but now i am not so sure because inflation charges are getting ridiculous. Does Johnny still work here? They are helpful and friendly but I was surprised on this one. read more

Had to completely cancel my day because they forgot to call the tow truck until late in the afternoon. Tow driver told me the time he received the call. Kreuger's dispatcher says, "I forgot." This service center said they'd get to it first thing the next morning. Maybe they did, but we had to call them 20 minutes before closing because they hadn't gotten back to us as promised. Mike, the manager, couldn't tell us what the problem was with my car and said he'd call back. He didn't, but no surprise since we seem to get bad service when he's involved. Called early this next morning and, sadly, got Mike who told us the car is fine. When asked if they could repair a switch that's been giving us trouble, he said he couldn't do it because they don't sell the necessary part aftermarket and we should probably take it to the dealership. Got on the internet after that call and found several merchants selling that EXACT part and for less then $20. This guy has lied to me in the past and just shrugged when it was pointed out. We've been customers for years, but after today I think Mike finally drove us off. I can't recommend this place if you've having to deal with him. He really doesn't care about customers or customer service or truth even. read more

Just moved to the area and the a/c compressor failed in my 2017 Yukon. Dropped the suv off on a Wednesday at 5pm, they confirmed the issue with me and I picked it up the next day at noon. The price was right, the service was good, and that means I'll be back. read more
