They expect payment when scheduling before any work is done which is a bad sign and I definitely experienced some burnout vibes here: condescending attitude toward patient satisfaction, lacking empathy, and recommending work that I am not sure was necessary. Seem to care more about profit and really felt like they like the profit but not as much actually providing positive experiences here. Would definitely not recommend for anyone with dental anxiety. Regret scheduling here, and only really went because I didn't know Dental Health Associates in Lakewood started taking military insurance.

The kind front office person fit me onto the schedule fast due to a cancellation. When I arrived, I noticed that they have lots of easy parking and a clean, safe office. Katie was upbeat and deft at helping me with xrays. Dr. Harris was very relaxed, personable, and did not judge. When it came time for the dental work, Dr. Harris' hands were steady, gentle, and precise with the instruments and he achieved great results. It was a breeze!

All treatment is discussed in advance, and they make every effort to help you afford the care needed with several options for payment plans. We had 2 terrible experienced here. They refuse to provide services that were scheduled, twice!…read more Run away and don't use this location. We wasted 2 months on this place. In August, we were scheduled for a scaling and root planning. After driving 2 hours to the appointment, we were told the hygienist could not do the work unless the Periodontist was there. They also tried to tells us the work (two previous dentists told us we needed) was not needed. They also told us we could schedule placing the crowns without it. Today, 9/24, in route to the 2nd appointment for the crowns, we get a call the surgeon does not want to do the crowns because he does not want to take on the liability. They cancelled the appointment. A completely unprofessional place. Office staff was nice, yet if you want work done, do elsewhere.
