After extraction had to go to the emergency room due to infection and swelling. I had a fear of the dentist prior to this and now it's off the charts. Get a second opinion. A couple days aftermy extraction I posted a one star review. When I went to get my sutures remove I was told because of my bad review that they could not finish my dentures.I will be filling a complaint with the health care authority. I think it's unprofessional for a medical office to respond to these reviews like they do. A phone call privately as to not be in and violation of hippa. A very thin line. Plus if they're was an issue why have them come back at all. A BAD REVIEW AND THEY WON'T FINISH. I WOULD HAVE CHANGED. BUT I WILL WARNING EVERYONE.

They expect payment when scheduling before any work is done which is a bad sign and I definitely experienced some burnout vibes here: condescending attitude toward patient satisfaction, lacking empathy, and recommending work that I am not sure was necessary. Seem to care more about profit and really felt like they like the profit but not as much actually providing positive experiences here. Would definitely not recommend for anyone with dental anxiety.
