They were upfront about cost before my appointment. They examined me with a big window to a squirrel feeder (five stars on that alone), they were kind, spoke to me with respect and intellect. Then they scheduled a root canal that afternoon after the exam. It had calcified due to lack of care from my previous dentist. It didn't hurt. They explained everything. They "loved the challenge." Night and day, the treatment towards me as a human was wildly different from Brite Now. I don't think it's fair when insurance for educators pegs you with . i came here for my first dental appointment since the pre-covid days, and i was not disappointed!…read morethey were booking out a few weeks from when i called, but when the time came for my appointment, all went smoothly. they do take your temperature when you arrive, and masks are required. the waiting room is clean, comfortable, and modern. i saw a complimentary snack/beverage bar (that i didn't use but i was thinking about it!) and a small room just off the lobby that looked like it had kids' toys in it. i filled out some forms and was taken back to the most comfortable dentist chair i've ever sat in! i was given freshly-washed sunglasses to protect against all the lights when you're lying back with your mouth open, and there was a tv playing some relaxing footage. they took x-rays first before bringing me back to the exam room, my cleaning was done first by a hygienist, and it was extremely thorough. she really took her time and explained to me what she was doing at every stage. then, the doctor came in for the exam. dr. ho was very friendly and also thorough, explaining what he was seeing and making sure i felt comfortable. everyone was so genuinely friendly in this office! i will absolutely be returning regularly. they also offer free whitening kits with regular (6 month) cleanings. i'm not someone who is typically afraid of the dentist, but i can't imagine anyone having a less than stellar experience with the staff and amenities here.

First, I don't enjoy going to the dentist, but everyone from the receptionist, hygienist and dentist were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They also make it easy to talk about any concerns I might have. They also have really great hours that make it easy for me to get in without having to take off work. (Late hours plus Saturday hours) Also, the doctor is very engaged and takes time to really look at your mouth. (Other places I've gone, I see the dentist for only a minute or so).
