I loathe going! Until my consult and 1st appointment with Olympia Family Dental. The consult Dr. Kim and his assistant spent an hour reviewing my X-rays, plan of action, and my wish list. It was AMAZING. My 1st appointment was for an old filling to be replaced. The numbing needle came out and my whole body tensed up. He told me to just breathe. With one finger he started tapping and the one hand he had the needle. He kept tapping and then he was done with the novocaine. He taps to confuse the nerve ends so the shot does not hurt. Got charged for exams and X-rays that weren't on the invoice. Submitted disputes with insurance and Lacey Modern Dentistry and then billed for different exams and X-rays not covered. Now I'm here I am speaking with debt collectors. If I could give negative stars, I would. Military beware. I hope they remove this dentistry from the network.

All 3 of our family members have been treated with respect, kindness, and consideration for our individual needs. The professionalism and caring of all staff really puts us at ease. All treatment is discussed in advance, and they make every effort to help you afford the care needed with several options for payment plans. We've had routine dental cleanings, deep cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and bridges done here, and all dental work has been excellent. It is especially convenient abd comfortable to have so many options for care at one clinic. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

After extraction had to go to the emergency room due to infection and swelling. I had a fear of the dentist prior to this and now it's off the charts. Get a second opinion. When I went to get my sutures remove I was told because of my bad review that they could not finish my dentures.I will be filling a complaint with the health care authority. I think it's unprofessional for a medical office to respond to these reviews like they do. A phone call privately as to not be in and violation of hippa. A very thin line.
