I paid $1,590 for them to install a radon mitigation system in my house that is not working (reading was 7.21pCi/L after 1 month). The men who came out had absolutely NO CLUE what they were doing. Proper testing both before and after their installation was never performed and the system was not installed to EPA specifications (i.e. exhaust fan should be 12" above the roof line). They also had no concern for sloppy work or leaving several messes behind for me to clean up. Trying to resolve this issue with the owner, Dave, (who never came out during the installation) only led to a shouting match where I was told my issues were "bullsh@t" and was called a "liar".

A microbial airborne particulate sampling was made at my home in Michigan. This test was expensive,…read moreover $500, and it recommended paying a huge amount of money for them spraying the walls with some products that they claimed would remove the mold, spores, etc. I showed the results to other mold remediation companies, and they agreed that it was a form of scam or extorsion to get too much money from a homeowner, for just quick spraying mold removing products, and using some fans for a few hours. Another company did a remediation at a much better price, and the tests done afterwards, by a third-party company, turned out to be excellent. I would never recommend Mold Four Corners to anyone. They follow some extreme guidelines from the NY Department of Health, etc. focusing on the most stringent criteria, which might be OK for a surgical room in a hospital, but are an overkill for a normal basement. They sometimes try to scare homeowners, with some hard-to-reach standard, and overcharge them afterwards.
