As a local business owner and rental property owner, I would advise any property owner AGAINST…read moreusing Real Property Management Seacoast as their property managers. They will let unsafe repair requests go unresolved for over two years and put your tenants at risk. RPM has numerous complaints against them for forcing out good tenants and will cause you to lose money from the excessively high turnover. If you are a prospective tenant, go with a different apartment.

Wish we could give a zero/warning. We haven't even moved in…read moreyet and they're already being difficult! The fact that demanded paperwork and companies put everything in our name BEFORE WE EVEN OCCUPY THE PROPERTY is absurd!!!!! The fact that if you Don't get them their requested information within 24 hours, mind you ALL during the hours you work... You get a 150 dollar FEE! THE HELL?!? Check this out .. the property manager is refusing to replace the tub when the tubs/shower is unsanitary, rusted out, has Chunks of HAIR caught in the toggle plate, mold,, and corroded metal, and dripping faucet.... Health code violation much??? Update: after filing small claims lawsuit, letter to the NH Attorney General, Letter with evidence packet, letter to Consumer Protection Bureau with evidence packet, email and phones calls to code Enforcement Officer of Middleton,NH and over 10 back and forth emails from myself to RPM with legal assistance, they finally caved and my wife and I were successfully free from the lease!! Of course will waiting for reimbursement of ALL monies including the electric bill that I was responsible for even though we NEVER ONCE too possession of the property or moved in. Listen to your intuition!!!! If something feels wrong Listen to it!! If what they're asking you to do isn't normal to you...DO NOT do it! Aka, do NOT put utilities in your name before taking possession of the property...legally they can NOT ask you to do that! Do a VERY thorough walk through and look at and note EVERYTHING wrong in the property-take LOTS of pictures and videos and when taking videos talk out loud in it so they know exactly what room your in and what your seeing and note Date and Time for everything as well! Write EVERYTHING down and request ALLLLL communication with them be in writing! Be it text or email because you have all of that for proof and protection in case you end up in my situation. Please do NOT be afraid to contact me if you need/want to. When you know something is wrong, again, please PLEASE Listen to your gut! You will dodge a massive bullet! The saying is true, "When you see something, SAY SOMETHING!". I DID and I'm so sooo glad I did and followed by gut and Never took occupancy or possession of the property. Update: when I was there last, I did mold tests... I'm sooo so so incredibly glad we dodged this bullet. Check out these results .. and this was JUST from the drain, the molded and rusted out toggle plate that had hair coming out of it, and behind it in the wall area... Check out the photos and video!!! I was SHOCKED at the results, however I shouldn'T have been.

I needed a local bank with minimal fees because all my accounts are online. I opened 2 checking…read moreaccounts and 1 savings account online. It took them 72 hours to open my accounts because they couldn't understand why I needed 2 checking accounts, and called me to confirm. 1st red flag!! This is a credit union so all of the account #s you are given are EXACTLY the same with the exception of letter codes at the end of the #. When I contacted customer service for assistance with this to setup direct deposit they "didn't know why" all my accounts had the same account #. I was bumped to a supervisor who informed me to use the MICR #. 2nd red flag!! Payday comes, no direct deposit. Needless to say I was done with this bank by then, so I requested to have all 3 accounts closed 4x before I received confirmation they were closed. THEN out of curiosity I login to see if my accounts are still open, and there was a fee charged for overdraft! I'm sorry, what??? I sent an online message that they needed to reverse the fee and close my accounts. 5th request. They replied they reversed the fee as a "one time courtesy". Umm hello this was bank error! Then as you guessed it, I requested for my accounts to be closed for the 6th time. Now we wait........ This is the worst banking experience I've ever had and I've worked in bank management for over 20 years. Just WOW!!! Stay far away!!!

This credit union has gone steadily downhill since it has become Lighthouse Credit Union. Long…read moreprocessing times, difficult to get answers, evasive, song, and dance when you call for information. Unnecessary. I've been a member for years. Transactions poor over past 2 years.
