The team wanted paystubs, but our past lender verified these on their own, so this seemed "lazy." The lender was pushy in having me withdraw my 401k on short notice. We communicated that we would be out of town and needed to give them any other information before then, but they kept contacting us everyday for something new. The Kelly Graham team was delayed in passing along updates to us and even our agent. They didn't give a heads up for us to gather paperwork since our scenario was a lot more complex than intended. We were denied the day we were originally supposed to close. The closing date was even pushed back twice. This team had us going back and forth on needed information and always so late in the day. It was the most inconvenient times to call and collect statements that seemed near impossible to attain with the time constraints and limited resources due to the weekend and just not clearly communicating the specific forms of evidence needed. To top it off they'd speak in lender terms, so while they understand their specific needs, as for us, two average buyers we were left to ask questions to try and understand exactly what paperwork is needed.
