David did an outstanding job with my refi. I initially tried to refinance my home through my bank which has held my mortgage for at least 10 years. They would not refinance me because I could not produce any 'luxury' bills. Other banks and services I reached out to provided an initial quote rather quickly but either did not follow up or worse did not respond to my subsequent inquiries.
