I would strongly advise international tourists to think twice before visiting, particularly given my experience with the owner. From the moment I placed my order, the owner made insulting comments about my accent and ethnic background. I found the comments deeply offensive and completely unacceptable. There was no apology or attempt to address what had been said. The service afterwards was equally disappointing. The food took an extremely long time to arrive, and the owner appeared visibly frustrated with us for not finishing our dishes quickly enough. The entire experience felt hostile and disrespectful from start to finish. I have travelled extensively and have never experienced this level of disrespect from a restaurant owner. What should have been an enjoyable meal became the most unpleasant experience of my entire Vienna trip.
