Bustling area I'm unsure if it's because I went at the beginning of a busy weekend. It was a bit chaotic, and the activities were in no particular order. They announce the clear bag policy and the sizes while you enter. The seats are easy to find, and they are comfortable with enough space that you don't have to get up for someone to pass constantly. It's nice and clean inside. I didn't see the restroom because the line was long. Also, I didn't see anyone selling drinks or popcorn from the seats. But I saw lots of delicious ice cream and food from the concession stand. Some of the staff were very helpful and kind The music was really good. The DJ's selection of music was great, and the vibes of the crowd and fans made the experience lots of fun.

Had an amazing time at a home game even tho we lost .. always a good time .. I love going to the games and hanging out downtown

Very clean venue. This is NOT A clear bag venue although it says so in multiple parts of their website. It depends on which door person you go through which could be a safety issue. I noticed many regular purses after I searched high and low for a clear purse to appropriately match my concert attire. I ended up opting to carry mine, my daughter & her friends belongings in my coat pockets to make check in faster. I also did not have our tickets scanned once we got to our section to ensure we were in the correct area- which thankfully we were and did not have to move around. If I ever return to Memphis, section 110 is PERFECT visibility. The concert was magnificent as expected! Thanks again Memphis and FedExForum for bringing Jhene Aiko to town.

    Fun before the big game.

We came for a comedy show. The place was clean. Check in was fast. This is a clear bag facility. They had displays outside showing what bags were acceptable. The staff was welcoming. They lost a star because there were limited food options open at this event. Will I be back ? Yes. But depending on the event, I will be sure to eat first

I went to the Grizzlies game tonight and had a great time. Even though they lost it was an entertaining game and I enjoyed every minute. Grizz players put in 100% effort and the DJ played fire music. Parking was easy find around the arena. Concession stand food was delicious and reasonable priced. People in the stands were nice and friendly. It was somewhat of a family atmosphere. 10 stars go support our hometown team

Tonight my son and I attended our first basketball game! It was a great experience and I look forward to love here at the forum! There were so many different vendors it was hard to choose from! Each vendor had different things to offer, From food to apparel. Very easy navigating to your designated area, if u have any issues there's plenty staff to assist. 10/10 will attend again

I love going to the FedEx Forum. Arrive early because there is barely any parking in the area. The lines to get in move fast. Plenty of restrooms and places to grab a bite to eat or something to drink. Came here for a Grizzlies game and I loved the experience.

We recently went to a Playoffs Game here. It was Round 2 Game 1 Warriors vs Grizzle's. Atmosphere: Walking from the parking lot to the arena was amazing everything was set up so perfectly I wanted to actually stay outside, but it was too hot lol. After walking in we got in pretty smoothly with no issues. The music was blasting and super loud which I loved. After thing was amazing! We finally got to experience the PLAYOFF ATMOSPHERE. We just need for them get to Round 3 so we can make that trip again. #Grizzles!

While traveling for work I had the opportunity to visit the FedEx Forum for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the locals in Memphis are. I was gifted front seat tickets to a Memphis Grizzlies basketball game held at the FedEx Forum by a friendly local for being a visitor! This nice gesture presents Southern hospitality at its finest. If you need help, just ask a local. They'll most likely answer your question and probably a bunch of other ones you didn't know you had. Upon arrival, locating parking can be a bit tricky. It's not a secret that Memphis has a fairly high crime rate, so as a tourist there are definitely parts of Memphis you should avoid and be aware of your surroundings. Follow event instructions and recommendations. I recommend asking any present law enforcement or staff for directions, but preferably plan ahead and check out the event parking details online for the recommended parking lots in the area . There are some yards monitored by individuals attempting to get tourist to park with them for a fee but you are parking at your own risk (unknown ownership and safety). Entering the building is hassle free. Guests scan their mobile tickets at the turnstile to enter the building. The FedExForum is now Cashless and fully Digital. If you buy your ticket in person it will be sent via text to your mobile device. If you are planning to frequent this venue multiple times download the grizzlies App easily reserve parking and load your digital wallet. Classic concessions are offered here, as well as new menu features and alcoholic drinks. The arena is updated and designed to offer visitors good seating views whether nose bleeds or front seating at a great price. The facilities are clean and plenty of personnel available to help you find your seating . The forum is conveniently in downtown at walking distance from Beale Street which tends to be very busy, but there is sense of relief due to high patrol presence. There should be a common travel sense, try not to walk around alone at night, or stray far from the tourist areas. Keep in mind not to keep valuables in plain sight in your vehicle and on your person. Nevertheless Memphis offers so much culture to experience and fun attractions to enjoy. Start by checking out the Fed Ex Forum calendar for all events taking place and make sure to include a visit down Beale Street to end your night with some delicious food, drinks and live music!

The forum offers updated amenities and the area offers ample parking, though lines to get in can be problematic. Its worse feature, however, is lack of cellular signal and absence of WiFi within the arena. Whyyyyy, FedEx Forum?

I usually always a great experience at the forum. But this was my first time right behind the players and babyyyy we was lit over here! It was so fun. But please beware if the players stand up you have to stand up too. Lolo cause you will not be able to see a thang. But also another downfall that don't throw free stuff to the 103 section I guess because we are to close to the players and they don't want to mistakenly wack somebody in the head lol

I saw The Eagles here on 10-14. The acoustics were very good and the sound clear. They just keep it too warm in the arena

Ask the Community - FedEx Forum

How is the cell phone service inside of the arena?

Cell phone service inside the Forum is just fine, however, when thousands of people are on their phones all at once posting on social media and using the Memphis area's cell phone towers all at once, it tends to get clogged down sometimes.

The Riverwalk--this giant scale model of the Mississippi--is like geography class got cool and decided to throw a party. Walked right up to the ticket booth and hubby and I both being military was able to get in for $5 each. Security checked us in with ease (no drama) and I got to bring in my small Spider-Man umbrella (I don't do direct sunlight) which totally made my day. We had two friends with us and we don't ride anything but we love to walk around, people watch, eat, laugh, eat, talk to the vendors, eat more. The setup was excellent. Indoor vendors (not a lot) but they all had some great prices on their items. We had fun talking and I think hubby got talked into buying something for the tv! Lol! We had a nice cool area to sit down in with huge tables and chairs where we ate our fried bologna sandwich (oooh sooo good) and fried oreos (ooh even better)! This fair is quite a bit smaller than the Delta Fair but we all agreed that we liked this one better because we had a chance to walk around without the crowds and the food was still good. The kids that were here early were able to ride without standing in line. We didn't have to wait in line for food or the bathrooms. Oh and speaking of the bathrooms-you might want to bring your own wipes, paper, sanitizer or whatever you use. I keep an arsenal of stuff with me so I'm good but the bathrooms were not as clean as they could have been. Other than that everything was great. At around 2 we started to leave as the crowd started moving in which worked out great. We will definitely return next year.

My wife got us tickets to see Gary Owen because she knows how much I love seeing him. The show was absolutely great and she picked some very good seats. I did feel like he cut the show just a little short. There's always that one drunk person that wants to yell out from the crowd. I think it was starting to irritating. What can you say about the orpheum? That hasn't already been said. It's a very nice historical place. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars. Is because like everyone else, they take advantage of people on concessions. I realized back in the day. This is the way places made their money. It's a little different these days. They make plenty of money on the shows. My other small complaint is the seating. Although its way better than Minglewood Hall, the seats are just too close together. I'm a big fella, and it's just very uncomfortable. Overall, they put on great shows and the place is very nice. I definitely wouldn't let the small things stop you from going.
