" I finally got asked someone who deals with logistics and they sent me a picture of the good le search and Miami Crate Service was right on the top I immediately called the number and with out any runarounds or miscommunication were get a quote minutes after sending them an email with the measurements of the equipment. And pricing was totally reasonable and affordable. They did a great job and they were very expeditiously at that. I sent the pics of my packages on August 25, The company and I agreed for a compensation of 60$ for the problems in September 22. I kept calling them every week to confirm my payment with no proper respond, I felt they were mocking at me until today October 15 I went to the office, I spoke with the reception woman telling her that I wasn't going to let the company mock at me any longer, when she offered me to wait outside I told her I only wanted to get a response if they were going to pay what we agreed, and if they weren't going to pay I need something written as a proove. Other woman arrive and told me she was going to call the manager to see if they can give me the cash. In that moment I got calm, they gave me my money and I left. 1 hour later, someone from this company called me insulting me and threatening me that they have the films from the camera and that when everything happened she told the lady's to call 911, when I never got aggressive with no one and I was only demanding my money as my right. I find this last action from the company really disgusting when I am a customer and I had being really patient and understanding with this whole situation I wait almost 2 months to get my money back and I had to go there, other way I would be still waiting for what is my right. I was helped by Anielke when I came in to pick up 200 cardboard boxes in varying sizes (as small as 6"x6"x6" to 14"x14"x8", and tons of others listed on their websites). Their website is accurate, which made it so easy to print out the shopping cart of items I needed and hand over the list. I didn't even need to purchase in bundles, they allowed to me to purchased the exact numbers I needed! They allowed me to back my U-Haul into the loading zone, and their staff pulled every item for me in under 15 minutes. I just kind of sat back and enjoyed the break. Note, there is a minimum $50 spend here, and your GPS will definitely take you the wrong way to get here, as it's located on a one-way street. Learn from my mistake, turn right onto NW 16th St before Totalpack, and take an immediate left at the stop sign onto a street without signs. It'll be right there on your right.

Almost half the items arrived broken and I IMMEDIATELY contacted Maria and Ricardo the owners, and was assured by them that UPS would be in touch with me. They never claimed at the time I contacted them that I had not requested full coverage. I regularly purchase items at auction and always purchase full coverage for my cost of the items. Then, the company transformed there overhead(trailer rental and maintenance fees, fuel fees) to the driver's, just as the large companies. They refuse to share load agreements or confirmation sheets, just like large companies, a drive own there truck, pay all the fees but not allowed to know what the load actually pay.. then a escrow account was brought up the company take so much per pay period. I drove until my truck broke down and I had to put it out of service and the owners knew I was having issues with my truck, had no issue with asking me to pull there loads.. I couldn't repair my truck an informed the owners, we it took 2 months to get my escrow check just to learn the owners deducted money for 2 weeks of insurance and 2 weeks of trailer fees, for not giving a 2 week notice. The owners were aware of my truck condition and the 2 weeks they charge me for a trailer that was park on there yard.. Just like the large companies they will find every and any reason to charge you for things so they dont have to give your money.. Take a drive hard working money

Let me also give a shout out to Viviana, who went above and beyond for service. I recommend them in a heartbeat. When I arrived, there was a fairly long wait. It worried me. The person in front had a complicated order that took a lot of time. So, I could not stay long. I brought two framed posters with glass. And all I could do is say, please send it for me. I could not watch it be packed because I had to rush. Well Viviana took photos of every step and texted them to me. I saw that she did a careful and experienced job. Wow. And then she took a photo of the label on the box and sent it to me to prove it was ready to go. I am super impressed. I urge you to go out of your way to support this business.
