It's always a good trip to an office supply store when I find purple Staples, purple envelopes, a purple pen, and can print my eBay label for $0.14 when I thought I was going to have to drive all the way over to the library and pay a dollar to use their internet plus $0.20 to print the label. That's what I call a successful errand. The girl behind the counter who printed my label was very helpful since I have never used their service before and showed me how to send her the label after I purchased it so she could print it out at lightning speed for me. I asked the young man at the cashier counter if they had any single pens and he pointed me to a large selection of them. I thought the Sharpie markers were kind of expensive compared to other stores but I bought a nice purple ballpoint pen that writes real smoothly. I left the store happy and satisfied I had accomplished what I set out to do plus more. Update: I've been back twice in three days and still leave happy each time. It would have cost me about $3.50 to print these 3 labels at the local library. Preslee gets an A+ for patience and know-how. Update: 7/28/17 I've now come in here 6 times and every time I have gotten wonderful help. Today I wanted to print out a little tiny label to save myself having to write it over and over and over again for a craft project. All I had to do was hand print it one-time the size I wanted and the girl behind the counter was able to print it out 15 x on one paper so I can cut it out and paste it onto the projects. It was well under a dollar for four sheets which gives me 60 labels I can use. If I need smaller ones I can bring one of the copies back in and they will shrink the size and print more for me. How easy is that? I'm changing my four star review to five stars because I've had so many good experiences in this location. read more

Have spent countless hours just trying to get an item printed. Their customer service is beyond lacking and they are understaffed in the printing department. Spent an hour talking to website tech trying to process an order. This store won't let you email, or pay over the phone, but online system won't process payment. Waited behind 3 ladies trying to place an order with only 1 staff personnel in printing. Not to mention they don't open until 10:00 am. Not worth your time go to Sir Speedy in Amarillo!! read more

I had already taken the project to another place in town that had not gotten it quite right and I was in a time crunch a STRESSED. i talked to a young man in the printing department who took a lot of notes to make sure I got what I wanted. he was very nice and thorough. When I went to pick it up, there were still just a couple of things I wanted to perfect. Presley in the printing department went above and beyond to make sure I had my project by tonight. I am very happy with both of the people who helped me. They were very thorough and wanted to make sure I was happy with my project. I will definitely come back to them! read more

If I could rate less than a One I would! long, long story so I'll make it quick. We bought a cabinet from Office Max. They didn't have one in stock so they ordered it for us and had it shipped to the store. It arrived damaged so they "refunded" the damaged cabinet and we ordered a second one. Yes, we paid for the second one thinking we were getting a refund on the first one. Second cabinet arrived, we picked up and waited for the refund on the first cabinet. Thats when we started getting text messages from Office Depot (they merged with Office Max), telling us that they were cancelling our refund as it shows we received the cabinet. Brian, at Office Max, called the main office and thought he had it fixed. Nope. Received another text that refund was cancelled. This time we spoke by phone to the manager, Josh. He assured us that it was taken care of. Nope again. Third time a charm? Nope! Now we're dealing with Presley, said she's a manager. Showed us where "the store" refunded us TWICE! I have no idea who's account it went into but it wasn't ours! Keep in mind that Brian and Josh attempted to help us. Not Presley! Couldn't even manage to pick up the phone! Her reason, "I'm not allowed ". The other two did! Did I mention that when we did pick up the second cabinet the Operation Manager showed us a picture on his phone stating that he took the damaged cabinet home and put it together! We tried to be pleasant throughout this even though our account had been charged $600 or so! But today not so much! Presley is an ineffective manager and would benefit greatly from training in customer service and the duties of management. My advice to future customers of Office Max/Office Depot - shop elsewhere!!!!!!! read more

The print team at Office Max is WONDERFUL! I went in about 2 hours before they closed one slow Tuesday evening and they were able to take care of a HUGE print order at the last minute for me. It was a giant order and they tackled it calmly, professionally and did an absolutely outstanding job. I print large orders all the time and will definitely be coming back here on a regular basis. I am pretty unhappy with the print services here. I sent a file for 13 color copies 27 hours ago and am still waiting. I went earlier today and was told that he wouldn't have time to do my job until after 5. I think they just under staff the print department. I will be looking for another place next time, because each time I send an online order here a new issue comes up to make an easy job complicated. When I am able to get the prints, the quality is good, but it is ALWAYS a headache. read more

For the second time, I have experienced and received a bad print service. I had name badge cards printed with a specific font size. I paid extra for them to cut the cards in a precise dimension and also paid extra for a harder grade laminate. I went to pick them up this weekend and the cards were printed and laminated with the names slanted downward. (Bad cut job!) I rejected the order and had them reprint the cards. I go back for the third time to pick them up on Monday and the reprinted cards were straight; however, they resized the names in a smaller font. Again, I rejected that order and six hours later, I am still waiting to get my reprint of the reprint. I called to check the status and was told the counter customers come first and they would try to get my order as soon as they can. Again, I won't be able to complete the project today before 5:00. This project was due to my boss last week. I am not a happy and satisfied customer. I will not be going back! I do not recommend going to them for print services! read more
