I have not personally been to the physical fabric shop. How I discovered them is such a modern…read moretimes story. One of the local celebrities (Mike Todd) I follow on Twitter was sent a mask early on in COVID that was made by The Fabric Shop. It was an awesome Ohio University mask. I reached out to the shop by telephone and they were willing to charge me over the phone and ship me a mask. The customer service was phenomenal. The mask arrived quickly and they did not gouge me on pricing for either the mask or the shipping. It was extremely reasonable. During this entire pandemic the only mask I used was my awesome Bobcat mask until I lost it last week. I quickly called up The Fabric Shop and they of course gave me the same service as before. The employee let me know that they use whatever OU fabric they have on hand so the pattern of the mask may be different. I told her it did not bother me at all as long as it was still an Ohio University mask. And for this order I went ahead an ordered two just in case I carelessly lose one again. Though I did hold on to the first one for 9 months straight. Pretty good I think. My masks just arrived yesterday and I love the fabric even more. As oppose to white before, this time the main color is green with the Attack Cat. They are perfect. Such a great fit for my face. THE FACT IS, this location DOES NOT give AN opportunity to put your OWN lock on it, as it specifically states in the Lease Agreement!!! The agreement specifically states, "the tenant shall have sole responsibility of securing the unit".....this is a LIE, as the locks on the units HAVE NO WAY to put a secondary lock on it! This location got away with neglecting to allow tenant to place their OWN secondary lock on the unit!
