Why so glum, chum? I've been here a couple of times. My most recent experience was pleasant. There was only one employee outside, helping customers, and she was on the phone. It sounded like an urgent matter. However, after 10-15 minutes, she acknowledged me and informed me that I may leave my package on the side. She'll retape the box and the sticker on my box if needed. I went in to report a shipment issue. There is a Latina lady working who has no clue how to be nice. I appreciate her explaining to me there was nothing she could do about another location shipping my package off but the way she spoke to me could've been nicer. Instead she chose to be rude. I have always searched out a Kinkos/Fedex Store because of their "print-2-go" online document copy, print & send feature AND the customer service is knowledgeable, friendly and expedited! NEVER been disappointed especially in these times‼ read more

BROKE $$$ OF ELECTRONICS WITH INCOMPETENCE, REFUSED TO PAY -- My friend was sending me a printer, had the employees pack it to be sure it was done right, spent $90+ to mail it... but it arrived BROKEN! FedEx denied the insurance claim on the item, first by going to the wrong address to inspect the broken package, then by trying to quietly bury everything, denying the insurance claim while we were waiting the specified 30 days to hear back! You're wasting your money if you think insurance is going to protect your item! read more

I wish I remembered the ladies name who was here the other day. She was so helpful and I absolutely loved her spirit. This isn't a big location from the looks of it it's a 1 - 2 man type of show. They are the typical FedEx office shop has copies, faxs, computers, shipping, passport pics and more. The parking is metered directly in front and don't even try to tip toe in w/ out paying that meter officer be in the bushes just waiting to write a ticket (I've seen her do it). I haven't had any problems with the service yet but this FedEx location loses all its stars for the horrible parking and door situation. If you're coming from the north on Peachtree, the most convenient parking is in the lot behind the store. However, if you're dropping off a package that means you must walk a good distance with your box to get to the store. Then to get inside you have to go through a push/pull door rather than an automatic door, which I would think would be standard at all FedEx locations. If you're shipping a large, heavy package as I often am for work it is quite inconvenient. Unfortunately this is by far the closest FedEx location to me so I will continue toiling at 1929 Peachtree. read more

Was going out of the country and had to change my delivery option for a pick up - as opposed to waiting for the item to be delivered by 8pm while I'm mid-air. I called CS to confirm, and the lady assured me it would be fine. I showed up and woman upfront tended to me - very pleasant and quick. read more

This place is always a disappointment for service. Today the breakdown was - we don't have boxes to ship your laptop and monitor. What business are you in? Now I have to either go to the midtown location which has no parking or drive out of my way to go to buckhead. This is why I love ups. You guys stink. read more

Careless business. Had a package sent to my home and I missed delivery, so I had it held at this location, and in clear writing read "You will receive a call when your package arrives at the location". Not only did I never receive that call, but I also didn't receive the call telling me they sent my package back to the sender. I found out when I checked the status online when I wondered why I never got a call. I guess some people just don't care about doing the job that was promised in letting me know the status of my package. read more

Been standing here for 20 minutes with 4 people in line behind me One person helping the guy in front of us for 25 minutes - while another is cleaning and reorganizing shelves in the back. Seems like a terrible use of time - and now because I have a lot to ship she's helping the people behind me first. Will never come back here and definitely calling corporate in the morning. I submitted an order for completion by 2:30 PM and it was not complete by 7:30 PM. Simple two page document, three copies. They printed it when I got there, but only one copy. The location and space are nice, but the service is very poor. read more

Continues to be the worse customer service ever...yesterday, I was the only one at the counter waiting to pick up a project while 3 guys who saw me, continued to talk like I wasn't there. Finally someone in the shipping area (2 additional people) said, Hey guys, someone is waiting on you" and after several more minutes, a sullen guy sauntered over. If they don't want to handle printing projects, they should just ship and stop treating customers like they are a pain in the neck. Given the extreme contrast between what they promised and what they delivered, our experience at this Kinko's was an utter disappointment. They took three times as long as promised to deliver, charged us too much and then didn't do everything they said they would do. Additionally, they--specifically Beverly--were unfriendly and uninterested in customer service. It's hard to imagine a business failing in more ways than they did. I would try any other printing location before coming here, and if you must visit this location then do not trust all they say they can accomplish and do NOT pay for anything up front. We found ourselves sitting on the floor punching holes in 185 wedding programs at 1am mere days before our wedding--an exhausting, stressful and upsetting scenario that we should have been able to avoid had they not lied about their capabilities and waited days to reveal it. Because of Beverly and her team, I will not be coming here again, and I will try to avoid all other Kinko's locations. Kinko's should be ashamed that this "work" is being associated with their brand. read more
