Places like this and fast food chains don't always get much love, and Yelp turns into a platform for people to only chit on businesses. However, I am going to go out of my way to say that I stopped in for a photocopy of some simple documentation, and the staff here were more than helpful. They didn't fuss about it, didn't act as tho I was inconveniencing them, and just went right to work (I didn't even have to specify how I needed it, and they knew). It's staff like this, that reflect well on the FedEx brand, and from the other 5 star reviews, it's deserved (the right people matter). I hope FedEx appreciates this. read more

This FedEx has amble parking with a large lot, convenient location. This FedEx is generally busy so maybe add in a few extra minutes for your time estimate. Thank goodness for Lucas the other day, as everything that could go wrong with technology was going wrong for me that day. Lucas had a smile on his face the entire time consuming transaction. You could almost go as far to say he whistled while he worked. It was refreshing to see someone engaged at work and enjoying his time there even while being busy & being a problem solver. The staff was attentive and friendly , they were able to answer all my questions and was patient and knowledgeable. They offer a variety of services, I didn't know they offered a wide variety of business services- business cards, banners, signage and much more. read more

I would not recommend FedEx kinkos 13700 E Colfax Ave F, Aurora, CO 80011 Or 160 Milwaukee St, Denver, CO 80206 I used to go to Milwaukee St in Denver location years ago and usually had a good to great experience. My most recent experience started out good until the employee leaned over me to in large my document without my permission he wanted to see what I was print at the self help printer and the info and names on my confidential documents. Then begins to apologize for his rudeness but never could tell me why he was rude in the 1st place. The location on Colfax was a great experience a few weeks ago but my last experience with Aikya was terrible it was similar to the guy at the Milwaukee St location in which she informed me she hadn't received my print and go email containing confidential documents when in fact she actually had received documents then she went to the computer furthest from me and decided she wanted to read through my documents as if they were her own then when she felt like it and was finished looking through my personal documents she decided to print documents on the most expensive ink and paper she could find. Two individuals who have no shame. I won't be back especially since the corporate office customer service is just as terrible as their employees. It's unfortunate there is no recourse since your complaint isn't heard or written down and sent to corporate no matter how many times you call. So individuals will not be corrected and the experience will only get worse because corporate is just as awful as their employees. Glad I finally received my replacement printer. I won't be back. I have had my personal info compromised 7 times and don't want to take a chance on having another experience where my personal info is compromised. read more

A little hidden from the rest of the world, but lots of cool stuff are awaiting for you inside! A nice lady called me early in the morning for me to pick up a package and the rest is history! Their sign logo is a little hidden, so I took the time to upload what they look like from the exterior walls, so you can explore their wonderful customer service as well. They carry more than just boxes and packages. They sell all sorts of car necessities, home and office supplies and the staff was awesome. They made my life very easy by providing me with little to no wait, and checking in and out was 1,2,3 Done! read more

There is a lady who works here who gives me a hassle literally every time I walk in here. How can you be so miserable? This places always has debris all over the floor. Every incident that I've had here where they wouldn't accept my package I took it to the next fedex and they had no issues with my packages. I ship very large packages and I can never get a successful drop off at this location. I am just going to avoid this lady and this location in the future cause it's just sad to me how somebody could treat people like that every day and think it's an acceptable way to act. I have a UPS store much closer to me anyways. read more

I went here to send a package back to Art.com. It was in the original packaging as I was instructed to do by Art.com. All I needed the store to do was print the label and take the package. The lady helping me refused. She said the packaging was unacceptable and would result in the picture being damaged. When I tried to explain that this is how Art.com shipped it to me and it arrived fine, she just went on about if she accepted it they would sue her. I was refused service and told to go elsewhere and "hope" someone would help me. Went to another location and everything was fine, no issues. Don't go to this location. I can't say enough good things about the way I was treated by Terry Martinson and Dayana A. When I came into the store originally I was just looking for some certificate paper. I found the paper as well as the most amazing printing experience EVER! After telling Terry about my woes with big box stores she put me right at eases and I made a small print order. I'm so glad I did!! My flyers and paperwork came back perfectly cut and crisp as can be. I'm so pleased!!! I later found out Terry celebrated 25 years with FedEx. I was floored because she had mentioned in an email that she had gone to another store to glue my paperwork herself. Even after 25 years she does the little things that really count. Ill be doing all my copy and print work with FedEx from now on and hopefully with Terry and the team. Thank you for a job well done! read more

They seemed confused as if they just started and kept telling me that I was wrong and I have no clue what I'm talking about. Then proceeded to direct me to another FedEx store. This FedEx office just had me stand for 15 minutes at the counter to "wait for a computer to open up." I waited patiently as they attended to other customers. Finally I speak up after having stood there, and asked the attendant how long it will take to get help. One brushed me off and said they don't know. The other looked at me with a printed book in his hand and said as though he was annoyed with me "it's indefinite." The communication and customer service was absolutely poor. I understand you are busy, but at least talk to me to give me an idea. I work with UCH and have plenty to print. read more

This morning, on my way to work I was driving on I-225. A FedEx box truck, not one of the huge ones but a smaller version, came over into the fast lane. The driver proceeded to go about 11 miles per hour during morning rush hour. I found a way to get around him and did so. When I got in front of him he was REALLY angry. He started gesturing as if he was masturbating, flipping me off, and shining his brights at me. I'm unsure if this is standard operating procedure for truck drivers for FedEx? I was unable to get his license plate number but he scared me so bad that I pulled over and attempted to see it as he passed. This was at 7:38am. I will never use this service again as long as I live. There are too many other companies who offer the same service and their drivers don't scare the crap out of me. Maybe your drivers need to be a little bit more well versed in how to behave when they are in a FedEx vehicle, and when they are interacting with women who are alone driving on the highway. This was absolutely deplorable behavior and he should be held accountable. read more
