We were simply dropping a package off. The associate was not friendly or welcoming. But the one good thing is she asked what we needed while sending off another customer's faxes. This way we could be directed to the self scan machine and drop off our package at the counter after scanning it in. Parking in shared lot. I've gone to this location several times and it seems to be the same tall black lady at the desk that's the issue. First time I went I had a SCHEDULED appt that was CONFIRMED the morning of my appt. I went to this location, during normal hours on a SATURDAY, and the place was locked. Several customers behind me also trying to get in, I emailed someone (KKleis@upsstore.com) this horrible customer service lady about it and kindly expressed my annoyance that I took a whole day off work to be able to simply return something and have a paper notarized (with a confirmed appt remember) and this bitch gave me the ring around for several weeks. I eventually went to another location and decided I didn't want to give that location my money for the service anyway, because of the shitty excuse the customer service lady gave about the "woman running the store that day." Moving forward to today. I go back to return something from Amazon, so I wasn't going to be paying for anything because Amazon offers this service for free. I even double checked my return instructions, it specifically says the store will BOX, PACKAGE, ETC FOR FREE. See pic attached. Anyways, the bitch inside gave me a whole bucket of attitude when I just walked in the door and refused to package without having me pay. I refuse to give this location any of my money, so I left without saying anything, knowing I would be writing this review and emailing this idiot again (KKleis@upsstore.com). I have contacted her and told her to have someone call me by Monday AM, not her because she sucks at her damn job. The absolute WORST PART ABOUT UPS - the fact they don't give you a customer service line to call. This whole process is BS. I'd love it if a manager from this store called, however it would take a lot for me to continue business here. I'd literally rather drive the 30 mins to the next location than go back to this one, right next to my house. I waked in with label taped and printed on the box just needed to scan and get a receipt for proof of shipping. This was my favorite store, until they hired new staff. This is the 2nd time I've had to a different store. I ship a lot like 4-5 time a week and 5 big boxes is a slow day. I went there today before 5 and they had a hand made sign up saying they will not reopen till 5:45, they close at 6? This new staff is also VERY rude. Very rude and unwilling to help. I needed to return an Amazon item that was shipped in two separate boxes but as one shipment and Amazon said I had to return it to the UPS store and sent me the label. This store would not send it because it was in two separate boxes and told me I had to contact Amazon for another label. When asked if they had the # (they are in a dead zone with limited service) she said "We don't call them you need too" very rudely and was bothered I asked for the number. After calling, Amazon told me the items were shipped together as one shipment and only label would be provided. When I went in and told the clerk she said there was nothing they could do with them being in two boxes, I asked if we could tape them together. Her response was If you want to buy a roll of tape but we cannot use that much tape. They were very bothered that they had to work and would not go over and above to even use pieces of tape to put the boxes together to send back. I almost did not want to come to this location based on other yelp reviews, but since this was the closest one I took a chance. Came on a Tuesday early afternoon, and was greeted upon entering. My prepaid package was scanned and I was issued a receipt all within a couple of minutes. Hopefully I can say the same for future visits. read more

Tried to mail a package today at this store. It was a 16 by 20 picture frame. They wanted $42 to ship it. I said no and went over to the UPS hub in Commerce City and mailed the same package for $21. This is nothing more than a rip-off store! Consumer beware! The girl working here said, well we have different rates than ups because we are retail. I came into the store at 1:45 PM with four packages that had to go out today. The person working at the store was helping another lady. The UPS driver was standing behind him and asked if he had any deliveries. He quickly replied no to her when I said I have three that have to go out today. Without saying a word to me she just picked up and left knowing I had a delivery that had to go out. She could not wait two minutesfor me to leave my packages with the person that worked there. DO NOT USE THIS STORE! This owner gives UPS a bad name. I bought a $100 gift card on saturday at King Soopers next door, and I put it in a box with some other things for my mother. When asked if I would like to insure the package I first said no then relized i had over $100 in value, so i said yes there is a gift card in the box (stupid me). The little Asian guy then told me he cant insure a gift card, i said ok and gave him the package to put in a box and deliver. A week later, my mother called me and said the gift card had been spent at a Lakewood Walmart on Monday morning. I tracked the package and it was picked upt from their location monday afternoon. The owner used the gift card monday morning, then sent out the package. Use and actual UPS location or USPS, these guys are scumbags!! read more

I wish I could the customer service at this store a no stars. We have lived in this community for over 7 years and used this store and Alex is the worst customer service representative that we have even encountered at this usually professional store. I went in this evening to have a document notarized with the heading SPOUSE DOCUMENT and requiring only my signature. I produced my ID. Alex You looked over the document and said she needed my husband's ID. I asked her why would his ID be needed when his signature is not required and the document is for "me" to have notarized. She states its because his name is on the form. I asked if this was the stated on in a public legal document. She said she did not know so, my husband presented his ID. I asked her for the corporate number to follow up and she turned to us and said I will not notarize the document because I am uncomfortable. I said so you are refusing to notarize the document because I asked you a question that is completely ridiculous that a customer can not ask a question. So she did give me the 800 number to the shipping department. We stayed in the store and ran down the correct number to file a complaint. We went across the street to the bank and had the document notarized. I asked the notary how long had she been during this she said 15 years. I told her what happened to me and she stated that "asking a question is not a reason to refuse service and that the document only required your (my) information." UPS needs to really invest in training their customer service team and Alex You is a liability to this location. I have decided to picket the store. read more
