I've counted on them on multiple occasions, most recently for my artwork I sold as a vendor at my booth at Goldens in Golden. My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. However, I am going to go out of my way to say that I stopped in for a photocopy of some simple documentation, and the staff here were more than helpful. They didn't fuss about it, didn't act as tho I was inconveniencing them, and just went right to work (I didn't even have to specify how I needed it, and they knew). It's staff like this, that reflect well on the FedEx brand, and from the other 5 star reviews, it's deserved (the right people matter). I hope FedEx appreciates this.

Thank goodness for Lucas the other day, as everything that could go wrong with technology was going wrong for me that day. Lucas had a smile on his face the entire time consuming transaction. I only needed something printed from email so she only charged me a dollar. I was surprised at the low price and gave her another dollar as a tip. I have local activist friends who distribute a lot of flyers, and advised that I would recommend their business. Today I needed a similar printing done and returned, expecting the same level of professionalism. The only employee working was a young guy to whom I explained what I needed and my previous visit. He said that I needed to come back at 5pm--their closing time--as he was the only employee working. He then said he would (grudgingly) assist with the 3 minute task, but not for less than $35 (!!!). When I told him of what I was charged previously for the same thing, he said that was wrong; so basically saying I'm lying while simultaneously lying about the cost himself. He also claimed to be the "manager", which is hard to believe, unless he's related to the owner-- but obviously not hired on merit. I went to the UPS store further down, and had a friendly 3 minute interaction with their pleasant professional clerk. I was charged $2.80. I wish I had gotten the name of the previous helpful employee to specifically recommend (only) her. If you need printing services, maybe check out the staffing on that day by calling ahead, but for other services, maybe see if the UPS store can assist you better. The disparity between the level of customer service of the two encounters is really a shame. It only takes one smug, dishonest worker to ruin a great first impression.

My complaint is about the female staff member behind the Copy Center desk and another female staff member who was walking around the Copy Center and behind the desk. I hadn't been to this location in over a year and visited remembering that their customer service was nice. Not this time! Their Customer Service has critically declined! I needed to make some copies and scan a document. At the desk, I was advised the minimum charge for staff to do it is $5 and was directed to the self-serve machines. One machine had a big green out of order sign. The first machine I tried went into a looped reboot cycle. The second machine wouldn't process my card given multiple tries. A line was beginning to form. The lady behind the desk (who said she was a manager) and the other staff member treated us as though we were inconvenient bothers and acted like they didn't want to be at work that day anyway. They even ignored us when we asked for assistance! I witnessed one staff member using a condescending tone with the gentleman in front of me. They insisted that we keep trying to use their broken machines instead of offering to make the copies for us. I told the manager (?) I would try again and it doesn't seem right for her to charge me a $5 min when their self service machines are malfunctioning. I wasted at least 20 minutes moving from one machine to another while the two staff members gave us absolutely horrible customer service.

Have video evidence of a FedEx employee putting on a fake FedEx tag that the tracking number is invalid. Since I had to have it signed, the FedEx employee she signed for it a different name and she took it. This is a criminal act as it was not a cheap package and the police are notified. It was quite busy, though a manager was efficient at directing customer to this direction or that. I went to the printing station. Mari helped me immediately. She was thorough, and worked for more than 10 minutes trying to get the item printed -- all to no avail. In some ways I felt redeemed that it wasn't just my faulty gray cells not working, there' s something wrong with the print instructions.
