I told her he told me 3:00 and she didn't know why he said that as he had a full load. Marissa said that when it comes in that she'll personally call me to let me know it's in and she went above and beyond and kept her word. The customer receives an electronic notice when an item arrives, each package gets a large label with the box number, and retrieving an item when you arrive at the store is straightforward. However, there is also an underground parking garage with a convenient staircase that comes up right next to the UPS Store entrance.
